“If you are ready to get in and out fast, have a clean truck that is well maintained, have great conversation with a great team and just very cool people... rent from UHAUL PROSPER... I was in a pinch and needed to get some stuff transported from my sons house to my new house and booked the truck online, it was ready for me and it literally smelled like a new vehicle- only had 7000 miles on it... I knew it was reliable and handled well too. I'm a nervous Nelly about renting vehicles because you never know if they are maintained... no worries here !!!! Didn't have to worry about a thing !!!!! The entire experience was great !!!”

“All the employees were great. Isaiah was awesome got me in and out and connected super fast. Von was super nice and friendly guy you could ask for after a long day moving items. The Navy vet was such a pleasure to talk to. The General manger Susanna went above and beyond to make sure every customer in the store was getting treated like VIPs. This is the best Uhal store!!!”

“Location is easy to find , employees are great, friendly and helpful. There is a great selection and it is easy to drive the box trucks in and out of this location. It is in a safe area so I felt fine leaving my car. It was not to busy at all and did not run into a wait. The return process of was easy. I booked a truck to easy to move a washer and drier and it was the easiest thing. I did notice they have plenty of boxes, moving supplies, blankets, dollies if needed.”
“Picked up reservation here. Staff was professional and courteous. They were having system issues and it caused delays on a very busy Saturday. I was very fortunate to interact with Tina the general manager. What an amazing human being!! She apologized numerous times for problems outside of her control. This woman truly understands customer service and leads her team to deliver the same service. She needs to be put in charge of customer relations for U-Haul corporation and set the bar for every employee within the company. Thanks for the great experience.”

“I booked online and also added an appliance dolly. But when I picked up the truck, they said they don’t have any appliance dolly available. So they gave me another 8-mile away U-Haul address which that location has. Then I got one there. Another good thing about this location is, since I am the only one drove my car, and I also need to drive the U-haul truck away, they allowed me to park my car in their customers parking lot for long time even overnight. The 2nd day morning when I dropped off the truck, my car was still in the customers parking lot safely.”

“I stopped by to return some boxes I purchased earlier in the week. The facility's pretty clean and the staff was friendly. The return process could've been a bit better. The person helping me almost refunded the amount to another person's card (she mistyped the store number), but because I'd asked if it was going back to ABC card and she said no, it's going back to 123, we were able to catch the mistake before the transaction was finalized. Outside of that near miss, everything else seemed okay.”
