“We aren't from this area but we stopped here to wash a bunch of clothes and blankets. Gloria, the attendant, greeted us at our car with two rolling baskets. She helped us pick the best size washers for our items, and showed me how to load my pay card. Wow! This woman is amazing. Then I noticed her switching my laundry for me. She even helped us fold. There were other customers who she was helping as well. If I ever have to use a laundromat again, I will make the drive here. Thank you, Gloria. You are an Angel.”

Due to a plumbing issue that took a while to resolve, being a family of 5, our laundry quickly piled up. Thankfully, we found Karen with Cibolo Suds, and she was an absolute lifesaver! She took care of about 15 or 20 loads of laundry within just three or four days, even delivering the laundry as she completed it. Karen is super friendly, very polite, and handled our clothes with great care. Everything came back spotless, smelling fresh, and neatly folded. Such an amazing service! We truly appreciate her help and highly recommend Cibolo Suds. Thank you so much, Karen!”
“They do a really good job of getting your clothes back to you in a timely fashion. My only concern is the price. Seems like since the merger with five star pricing definitely went up. That’s the only reason why I won’t get a five star rating.”

“Love this place! First impression is the parking lot. Although it is small, it's clean and somehow you'll always find a spot.
There's plenty of machines here and a variety of sizes. There's the standard size machine all the way to huge capacity ones that will wash your big blankets and sheets. Same for the dryers. Or you can throw many loads into one of those big ones.
This place smells nice when you walk in the doors and everything is clean. There's a little area for the kids and a vending machine/coffee station as well for everyone to enjoy. They also offer wash and fold services for reasonable prices.”

“Dutch boy, cleaners did An excellent job on my black-and-white dress have these puffy sleeves and they did a wonderful job. The only downside is it’s very expensive to put your clothes in the cleaners. It was worth it”

“The laundromat was clean and the young lady who helped me was super nice, the reason for the high rating! However, there was a customer playing music videos very loudly, even with several washing machines going. Could not even concentrate on the book I took to read. A sign by management saying "please use headphones or keep phones at considerate volume in both English and Spanish would have been much appreciated. I just went to stand and read in dryer section (could still hear the loud music). ?”
“Excellent service, Maria at the front desk greets you with a smile.
But, the biggest asset to the business is La Señora Frances, a fantastic seamstress who does excellent work. I take all my alterations to Frances.”

“This place is niiiiiiiiiiice. Everyone that works here is nice as well. I seen Stephanie cleaning all the machines, tables etc. They have free popcorn (kids really enjoyed that) and they have a deal when you add money to your laundry card over a certain amount you get a bonus added to your card. They have a little Game Center for kids too. I would definitely recommend.”

“Place is really clean and spacious. Adriana really helped me out with my clothes. The drier I was using wasn't drying my clothes like it was supposed to and Adriana gave me a free cycle without having to ask. I definitely recommend this place.”

“I’ve been doing my laundry here for years, but today when I went in, it was unbearably hot. I’d much rather pay a little extra at the laundromat down the street than wash clothes in such heat. I’ve never sweat so much while doing laundry before!”

“I had a sudden death in the family and had to buy a pair of pants and a shirt. I ran into the store not knowing if they’d be able to have them ready first thing Monday morning (today being Saturday).
I explained my situation to Tony and he was extremely understanding and helpful. He assured me that despite the lack of time he’d have me ready first thing Monday.
This may seem like no big deal but I do appreciate his willingness to help and understanding of my urgent situation. With my mom passing away this simple act is a huge deal given the circumstances.

“I took my outfit and needed it the same day. Wasn't expensive at all. As long as you go before 9am, you'll get taken care of for same day. I honestly went because when i looked online, another place advertised if you went before 9am it's same day service. When i got there the lady had no idea what i was talking about and i needed to show her the add. She even asked if it was for her business. I showed her the address and the add and said i couldn't get same day service. So i just left and looked on the map asap and called maverick . They said same day before 9am and i was there 3 minutes before 9am and made it just in time!! So I'm glad it all worked out in the end!”
“This Clearner does a really great job. White comes back white ,but they're really expensive. I had a two-piece suit, 17.99 two white dresses, one was 24.99, and the other one was 26.99. I walked out the cleaner, paying over 75.00 dollars, and that's with a military 10% discount. For 4 pieces, I paid almost 100.00. Apparently, the owners haven't heard that sometimes you can price yourselves completely out of business. Getting these pieces done 3 × would result in paying more to clean them than what they're worth!!!”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value delivered by Eldorado Cleaners. It was easy to drop off my dry cleaning on my way to work, and pick it up several days later. They did a great job cleaning my evening wear. When I went to pick it up and pay for it, the cost was even less than I thought it would be! The place may not look super "pretty," however, they really do a fantastic job. My only advice to others would be: don't wait until the day before you need your garment before dropping it off. Allow time for it to be cleaned and returned to you. Everyone there was super friendly, too! I'll definitely be going back!”
