“Drove to port Mansfield from Austin and stopped in Raymondville to get a few things from the local HEB before I headed into Mansfield. When I got back to my truck I noticed it was gushing coolant onto the pavement. My buddy in PM told me about Betos and it was only 2 minutes away so I drive to there shop immediately. As soon as I got there I met Beto Jr. who was personable and checked my truck out as soon as I got there to confirm that my water pump went bad. His dad was very kind as well. The pump was only 6 months old so it was still under warranty and Beto made sure it was covered, parts and labor. My truck was fixed by the next day and I was able to enjoy fishing in Port Mansfield as I originally planned to. I can’t say enough about this family owned mechanic shop. The customer service was literally 10/10!! Hands down recommend going to Betos in Raymondville if you have any mechanical issues you need taken care of! “Awesome place to get your brakes done. Butch replaced the rotors and brake pads on my Nissan Titan in no time. He also let my wife look around for scrap, as she upcycles old scrap into new decorations and such. He even offered to let us look in the back yard, but we had to pass due to it being a rainy day. Would recommend this place for your lube and brake needs.”

“I cannot speak highly enough about this place. I came in for an oil change, and although it ended up taking a while to obtain the correct filter for my car, an error on my part, everything else was great. The shop quickly worked to get the correct parts for me and the mechanics were friendly, approachable, and extremely hospitable. There isn't much of a waiting area in the garage, but as they changed my oil and the filter I was offered a chair, cold beverage, and was even shown how to change my own oil in the future. Before you go, I would recommend calling ahead and chatting about what your car will require so that you can avoid unnecessary wait time, but I would definitely recommend this place and plan on coming back whenever my car needs work!”
