“AMAZING OFFICE STAFF AND SAFE COMMUNITY!Luxury styled apartments with reasonable pricing, minus the riff raffI will miss living here! The management staff were tremendous and treat you like family!! If you weren't going to be home and arranged for package and mail holding, they do their best to accommodate!Maintenance requests were handled quicker than you would expect!When it comes to being a picky tenant, i was not the basic but they made it to where i never ever had an issue.The amenities with the community were extremely convenient! Great place for small families!Truly wish i didn’t have to move for work but i will miss the place! I hope the office staff and maintenance crew never leave or change! Truly great ladies and gents”

“It has been different management the last few years. Recently, with the new manager Kari and leasing agent Quieda, things are starting to look up. As well as Rudy, the maintenance man. Rudy’s been here for years and for a period of time by himself, but he’s always managed to get the job done and with class and Grace. I believe, we all once at some point in time in life had to come behind someone else and clean up their mess and that’s what these two ladies and their staff are doing. In the short amount of time that this office staff has been here I can say that I’ve seen a change for the better. They have been efficient andeffective with trying to solve the many issues.A Note: We don’t know the problems they walked into. But allow them a chance to fix what’s been broken for quite some time.
