On my last visit to the Red Oak store a tall black man helped me check out and if it were not for him, I might have thought of leaving and not returning. He is the new look at CVS Red Oak.

The lady working the dry thru window was very rude. I was looking for my debit card and she was knocking on the window for me to hurry up and pay. There was no one waiting in line. That was so unprofessional in her part.
