WORST PHARMACY I have Ever been too! AVOID at all cost. 7 works tonight, long line of people and only one person was helping. Received a text saying medication was ready, showed up and was told to wait 10 minutes. They took 20 minutes to get my husbands pain medication ready when the prescription was sent into them this morning. They had all day. This has happened multiple times. I am NEVER going back.

Terrible pharmacy interaction with patient. He was rude and unconcerned about quality customer service. I have had several negative conversations with a particular pharmacist. I have shared my concerns with the corporate office and nothing has changed with this particular pharmacist.,Danh Q. Pham. His customer service is awful.

So far, pretty bad. I'm waiting in the drive thru line for rx that should have LONG been ready by now.The line is long and slow. I'm already never coming back: this store and its processes are seemingly trash.If the staff turns out to be as incompetent as the real customer experiences suggest in this review, I'll go ahead and downgrade to one-star and take the whole family out of this pharmacy......

I have used this pharmacy for quite a long time. It appears a lot of the good staff at the pharmacy must have left. Today, I waited over an hour in line to pick up a prescription that CVS themselves texted me and told me was ready. When I finally get to the counter to be waited on, instead of filling the 90 day prescription my doctor had called out, they only filled 9 days worth. I told them I would like the full amount that my doctor prescribed. Then was told that I would have to wait in a line that was about an hour long again! The person waiting on me kept wanting to argue. The cashier told me he didn't want me to pay with cash either. What a sad shame that customer service does not exist at this store.

I have had several bad experiences with this pharmacy they are rude and don’t care they don’t call you for your med. I wouldn’t come here again.

I was extremely pleased with your staff. Especially Solitare and Hollie. Solitare helped me get some gift cards. I had list of several individuals. Not being real good at remembering. Solitare helped me with my list, especially the different types that I needed for different ages. She showed me some gift cards that actually applied to the age groups. The cards were Baby and Me, Fun and Food, and Date Night. These were great. I just want to extremely say she was a great person. Hollies helped me with checking out. Making sure the correct amounts were on the cards. These ladies were a blessing in helping me. \"A Job Well Done\" I'm very happy with the help that I received. Go CVS!!!!!

I have had several bad experiences with this pharmacy. They do not look at the doctor’s written orders when filling prescriptions. I’ve been told to accept the medicine given even if it’s not the correct. I’ve been told the medicine they are trying to give me not what my doctor had written is the same. It is not, because I have taken both and I know there is a difference. I refused the replacement and was told they would have to order the medication and it could take weeks. I thought that a pharmacy was suppose to fill the medication based on your doctor’s written order. CVS- Red Oak fills prescription based on what they have available. I need to know what I can do to stop this practice. They should fill your prescription based on what your doctor has written.If they had placed the order when they receive my prescription. The wait may be shorter. This is my third time arguing about the replacement medicine they are trying to sell me.

Kind of hard to pick up a prescription at this location when the pharmacy is always understaffed and the drive through is constantly closed.
