I could have lost a major contract without her assistance. Thank so much UPS for hiring someone of her caliber. Her services today were beyond her job description. Please give her a raise or promotion, or both.”

After getting the run around from the corporate office, she went out of her way to assist me with filing my claim. “Not too pleased with UPS, on that day. The label on my package had faded. So the clerk recommended that I email the label to UPS, and let them print it. Welp, it cost me $1.58, for me to email & have them print it out. We will not be doing that again. Bait & switch......”
“How do you write a review for a shipping service? Hmmm let's see. They offered me the right size box. Weighed my package perfectly. I'm sure they taped it well and handled it properly with care all the way to the airport. Ummm it flew in the air at a steady pace and landed smoothly. Took another quick ride to Brooklyn and was processed at the next FedEx store where it was then delivered to my father whom I assume was very happy. Shipping a full suitcase from Texas to NYC because my dad left it behind rushing to the airport is Not cheap but it had to done because my daddy needed whatever was inside right away ( who rushes to get to an airport 3 hours early”

“My wallet was recently stolen so I have to recover all documents. I don't have a printer so I headed to FedEx for prints. A woman named Cathy helped me. She was great, positive and helpful. You can tell she loves her job because her nails and shoe laces were purple and orange to match the company colors. Too cute.”
