“This review is solely based on my interaction with the patient kind manager, Kim at this store. She was so helpful when I told her about my lost package. After getting the run around from the corporate office, she went out of her way to assist me with filing my claim. I am upset that UPS delivered my package to the wrong address and won’t retrieve it, but the level customer service I received from Kim was exceptional! She truly cares about her customers. Thank you so much.”

“I just had an almost weirdly fantastic customer service situation. I had three very different things I needed to take care of. Dante was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and fast. Amazon return Apple return Shipping label printing, packing, shipping”

“Have used them for years. Friendly staff. Never any problems with them. Seems like problem, if any, is FedEx at destination point. They don't always come through. This is not this office's problem though sometimes they get blamed. Couldn't be more satisfied with our local FedEx. Will continue to use them.”
