Aloft Richardson is noted for its terrific and amazing location, which is very walkable to restaurants, salons, Whole Foods, and nature trails. The nearby train station provides easy access to the airport and downtown Dallas. Guests find the neighborhood clean, safe, and a great value, offering a more affordable alternative to downtown. The rooms and facilities are described as super clean, really nice, and overall great. However, significant and repeated issues with the water temperature are consistently reported. Guests experienced no hot water, or water that was either super hot or cold, often turning cold after a few minutes in the shower. This appears to be a known and unresolved issue, despite maintenance visits. Service receives mixed feedback. While the front desk staff were very accommodating, nice, and apologetic, other aspects needed attention. Check-in service was lacking in basic information, and some guests felt their concerns about the water were not addressed with care. Parking can also be a challenge as the lot fills up fast.
The hotel location was great. The issue I faced everyday was no hot water while showering and washing my hands. When I bought it to their attention, the only response was maintenance would be on site. Maintenance being on-site everyday with no end results of hot water was ridiculous.

Probably a good idea to let guest know these guys are going to be looking in your window at 7 something in the morning. Th aka for responding 4 months later. the noticed was not posted. I checked to ensure I did not miss it.

The room was super clean and the location was amazing. The only con was parking, the parking lot does get full fast, if you miss the opportunity to park you have to walk a while. Overall, everything was great!
