1000 South Sherman Street, Richardson TX 75081
“This hotel is fine. It is basic. Breakfast is not free(brand standard). It is somewhat renovated. I occasionally stay here or place guests here. It is a bit of a premium to compareable limited service properties in the area. The staff is nice. The beds are comfortable. The TV has smart apps for streaming. It does still have the popcorn 🍿 ceiling.”

“I've stayed at this location 2-3 Xs. The customer service is wonderful and the place is very clean. The staff is always professional and polite. I've never eaten breakfast because I sleep in but I always grab coffee and it's good! No complaints. I wish all hotels were like the Hampton Inn in Richardson TX!”

1001 President George Bush Turnpike, Richardson TX 75080
“The first room had a problem with obnoxious odor in the bathroom. Front desk was quick to put us in another room. Do not at all appreciate having to pay $3.79, strange amount ?, for the privilege of parking in their parking lot. Not garage, just parking lot. Seems really strange. No added perks... like breakfast included, you must pay. You do get two bottles of water free after that you pay $3 per bottle. Good gosh.”

“I have been going ti this location for over 2 years. The last time I visited the rooms looked dated, the hallway was hot, and the front desk was not as accommodating.”

“I've stayed here a few times while on company trips. Convenient location, where you can jump right onto the highway. 7/11 right across the street. Location is clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet is convenient. Only issue I had was finding decent parking, which is on site and tends to be pretty expensive.”
