“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renaissance Dallas Richardson, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast buffet, which offered a delightful array of delicious options to kickstart my day. What truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding service provided by Alex. Her attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience truly stood out. Alex's impeccable service made each breakfast a delightful and memorable affair. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay with exceptional dining experiences.”

“Over and beyond accommodating! I would love to thank Michael for helping us out the most. My travels wound up being delayed and I called the hotel to push out my arrival time. Something happened and my reservation was cancelled due to me being hours late. Michael was immensely helpful in getting my room back easily. He made it so easy and was so kind throughout the whole process.I was in town for a class and it was super close to the location, three's a ton of food close by, and it was an incredible experience overall. I'm so appreciative for the service and experience overall.”

“HORRIBLE!! save your money. You can hear everything through the walls and ceilings that will keep you up all night. The manager couldn't care less. We found bugs in the bathroom and the hot tub was WAY too hot to use. Not on par at all for a hilton!”

“An option of the buffet breakfast being added at a nominal cost to the room rate could have made the experience more fulfilling.Food & drinks: A coffee shop option in the lobby would add a touch of activity, to augment the ambiance of the beautiful front office and lounge area.”
