“Let me tell you…if you’re in Richardson, TX you need to lodge at the Element!!! What comes with your stay is unmatched! Daily breakfast, spirits, cheese & olives, and tea in the evening…CRAZY!!! Not to mention the black out blinds in the rooms so you can sleep how long you want to. Overall the stay was top notch. Definitely the place to be if you want to impress.
P.S. Janina and Jason (Management) runs a great organization here. Thank you all for a pleasant stay.”

“Great place to stay. Clean rooms and great value. Location was perfect for our activities. Nothing negative about hotel, just be mindful of the area and certain sensitivities of the local vibe. We walked across the street to try the local restaurants but unfortunately felt unwelcome. We drove away from area and it was good, but just be mindful of your surroundings as you may not be welcome at certain times.”

“Dylan was the best hostest at the hotel, we love him. The door to the bathroom that doesn't close right but has a huge crack that you cant close or no fan to air out the bathroom was awkward with kids with us but that wasn't dylanys faultm”

“This hotel was very accommodating to our whole group that stayed here. The location is terrific, easy to get to and such a walkable area with restaurants etc. Only issue is the water is very very finicky and seems to be a known issue. We are Marriott loyalists and love the brand, so we hope they get this fixed, I had to forgo washing my hair the entire trip bc the water was either super hot or cold... Front desk staff apologized over and over, not their fault and they were so nice to us all.”
“Selena and Chris, who work the bar and restaurant area, are legend. They are so attentive and helpful, even when it's really really busy; they just do a great job. Selena was my master guide for the week I stayed there, helping me with food and drink selection, as well as local area information.
The Hotel is nice enough with good food, but the staff, especially Selena, are what will make you remember to book at this hotel when your in the area.”

“Great service, easy check in and clean rooms. The pool was really nice and warm and the fitness center has a lot of free weights and a treadmill. The bartender was great but the food was trash. Tasted like a pizza lunchable and the wings were extremely dry.”

“I've stayed here several times as it's near TI Richardson Fab. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, breakfast is better than average, has an active lobby bar. Only complaints are no rooms on lobby floor and parking feels sketchy although nothing has ever happened to my vehicle or me when walking in the lot upon arrival or when going to eat. Rooms are nice. Chocolate chip cookies always warm.”

“Four star hotel. Class operation with excellent service. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Indoor pool is covered and useable all year regardless of weather conditions. The bar is well run and the food choices are delicious. The buffet breakfast is loaded with delicious choices. Ordered an omelet too. The atrium is spacious and beautiful. Valet parking is a must if you want to drive to nearby restaurants and entertainment venues. Proximity to Cityline restaurants is a plus. Whether you are staying for business or pleasure, you won't find a better nights sleep.”
