“I needed to have my elderly mother's 2006 Toyota Avalon car checked for a leak (water collecting in the trunk) before selling it. I was fairly certain it was drained off of the sunroof drain tubing that runs through the trunk quarter-wells. For a very modest inspection fee Mario Lopez and his staff determined the leak was in the tail light housings. Its nice to find smart, efficient and honest car body repair shops like Premier Collision Center in Richardson.”
“This is my fourth or fifth time experiencing the excellence of Ayric and his team at 1st Call. This situation had a real challenge because my Roadtrek was missing the two bottom plastic panels and they no longer make Roadtrek. They tracked down a company that had bought its molds and had to order, the two panels, running board, and battery tray. That was just the beginning because they had no model to copy from so took the time to take a field trip to see an older model Roadtrek to figure out where to get the hardware to install the panels and add the lock to the battery drawer. There was constant photos and communication with me about the ordering, the slow delivery from the company which confused the order so we had to wait another two weeks for an extra part they forgot from the list. They even added some support for the battery tray that had not been there before. I can’t say enough about this excellent company who cares more about your being satisfied than the bottom line. Don’t go anywhere else for bodywork!!”

But Alomar showed us a surprisingly clean and well-maintained car so we decided and returned that night again with my whole family.
He continued to meet our negotiation terms. We offered him a lot of challenging options but we saw him tackle them one at a time. Even though it was late he worked with his manager to get us a favorable deal.
So we were impressed with his skills and ability and ended up buying the car right that night.
We wish to keep a strong partnership with him and are also inclined to purchase our second car from him.”

I finally pulled the trigger on a full exhaust system with Headers, 200 cell Cats and V2 Mufflers. I have been researching many of the competitors on the market that cost thousands more but couldn't justify spending that much money for my car. I appreciate that Mark the owner actually answers the phone and for me that goes a long way for customer service. He was very helpful on any questions I had and reassured me if anything was wrong or did not fit, I could send back for refund. Their quality I see on there Website looks great and hope to be impressed even more when everything arrives.
Once I get the system installed I will update my review with feedback and picks of the install so I have given 4 stars so far and hope to give 5 stars after all is complete.”

“I purchased the Catback exhaust for my MK6 GTI from these fellas and I’m not gonna lie I was on the fence at first. Hella glad I bought it after all because it’s a great exhaust for the price. “Today all I had to do was call North Central Ford and they sent someone to my house to pick up my car and take it in for an oil change. During the oil change, they had several things they checked. “Great service! I was on my way from Houston to Dallas when I stopped for a break. Truck would not restart and when I got it to it flashed warning messages. As it was now running went on and saw online they were open till 7. When I got there Shelton was very nice and clearly told me my options that he could do. His recommendation was to leave it overnight so the repair team that is there in the morning could do a full inspection. Great news was issue was minor and under warranty and was ready by 10. If I lived here this is where I would go for sure!”

“Literally in and out. Customer service here is always great! The other Toyota I attend for service sometimes wash my car for free BUT customer service is in the trash. I rather get great customer rather a free car wash. AND now this location does free car washes. They send you a link for a car wash company to go to. So at this point this maybe the only Toyota I get my car serviced at!!! 10/10! Genuine review!”
