“Chris and his team did a fantastic job on my Trofeo. I was initially very upset after getting stuck in a hail storm in North Texas. After leaving the Maserati dealership they told me the only people they refer to is Stuarts. After having my car serviced there I understand why. I'm extremely satisfied with the PDR they provided. They didn't have to replace or repaint any panels. The PDR Came out excellent. I'm extremely satisfied and can finally enjoy my car again. Thank you guys!”
“I had damage to my rear quarter panel needing to be fixed and visited several auto body shops in the area. Precision beat all other estimates I received by several hundred dollars. Nick and Frank both struck me as genuine and trustworthy.
As for the work itself, it was immaculate. The color is identical, the recreated pinstripes line up perfectly, no issues with the fuel door, etc. It looks just like it did when I first bought the car. They even went above and beyond and fixed a minor unrelated scratch on the rear passenger door.
On top of all this, the work was completed in a matter of days. Over a holiday weekend, and a day ahead of schedule. Other shops I got quotes from for this work told me I'd be without my vehicle for an entire week.
All in all I was exceptionally pleased with the quality of work, fair pricing, timely service, and genuine professionalism I encountered at Precision. I'm glad I took my car here. Thank you guys!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Plano Kawasaki Suzuki! I first walked in in January looking for a bike, but not exactly sure what brand or model. Jarod took nearly an hour talking with me, giving his expertise, and then taking my information to get in touch. He reached out several times with options, and when he mentioned a Z400, I took the plunge. He couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process, and I'm proud to have bought my first motorcycle from him.
I ended up dropping it in a parking lot a week after I bought it, and texted Jarod. He quickly replied calmly and connected me with the service department. Kameron and Jess recommended a towing company to get the bike to them, and then when the issue turned out to be only a bent shifter, they fixed it for me (including a 10-mile test ride) at no cost, which is certainly above and beyond expectations. They're great people, and I'm very grateful to have found them.”

More recently, I worked with Greg Bitzer, the general manager. Greg is genuinely one of the kindest, most communicative, and transparent people I’ve ever worked with in the auto repair world. I usually prefer to communicate by email because of my busy work schedule, and Greg made it easy. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, provided detailed updates, and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way. It’s clear he truly cares about both the customers and the quality of work being delivered.
I also want to give a shoutout to the front desk staff. I may be mistaken on her name, but I believe it’s Leslie. She keeps everything running smoothly. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm welcome and makes sure every customer is taken care of. She’s also great to chat with, and her professionalism really stands out.

It can be scary to take your car to new service spot because so often they try to charge you for things you don’t need. Cisco is so friendly, honest, and fair with service and pricing.
