“I went to Auto Zone yesterday (Tues Nov 7) in need of a bulb for my headlight. I’m on a walker temporarily but it’s hard to get in and out of car! I called into the store as I sat outside the front door to see if they had the bulb before getting out. Steve was thebest…like a angel that came from no where to help me. He looked at my car found our the correct bulb. Took my credit card and came back out with bulb and replaced it. I didn’t have to go through the hassle of getting g in and out of car with the walker.Thank you for the great customer service.”

“This shop is amazing, they are really trying to help me out, not talk me into costly repairs. I walked in without appointment for a misaligned panel on my car, they took a quick look, told me some tabs are broken, and the panel gap won’t be 100% fixed without replacing the whole bumper. But they did best they could to minimize the gap with a heat gun, free of charge! I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. They will be my go to body shop from now on, thank you!”

He said “come in and I will show you a kit that we have and help you.” He was so friendly and kind. We drove to the store and he walked me through the steps of what to do then he came out to my car and took a look at the area in question. He said I should worry about those because they were so tiny and hadn’t spidered out like others he showed me near by. I found his his service, friendliness, and honest absolutely amazing and outstanding. I believe he he is the Assistant Manager. Well done Daniel! Thank you. Anthony and Jeremy both did an excellent job with repairs on my 2021 Bronco and were both upfront and honest with which specific dents were and were not in scope of our contract (even inviting me into the shop to review myself while repairs were underway) since aluminum is more difficult to repair than steel. “If you really, really care about the quality of body & paintwork you're having done, come here.New Concepts works with some of the most discerning brands, but was happy to accept work on my rather pedestrian vehicle. I've had very mixed results with other body shops, especially with difficult-to-match colors like metallic white.There was no such mixed experience with New Concepts. The paint and body - as someone with a relatively good eye for such things - is indistinguishable from factory. Which means the quality of the paintwork is likely higher.They're a small shop that does high quality work, so don't be surprised when you have to wait a little bit to get your vehicle in. But you won't be disappointed with the quality of work, the communication from the team, or the price. I will absolutely come back and will absolutely recommend New Concepts to anyone I know who needs paint and body work done.”

“I have had three different issues with my car and had to bring it in to Huffines. I was scared because of all the horrible stories you hear but I can tell you this car dealership does not go into that category. The service manager Rose was AMAZING..
