Booked for gas car. Then two weeks after booking, a day before I was to pick up car, a girl calls to say they only do ev. And to top it off that the rental was going to be 150 more then the reservation. Not cool.

I was a customer for a few years there. Sometimes good experiences, sometimes bad, but it was mostly constant. Good: mostly nice people, can be helpful at times. Bad: sometimes they forget about things, like renewing car registrations on time etc.
