“I interacted with four staff members from this location across my rental period with them. All four of them were very friendly and courteous.
There was some wait time during pick up and drop off, but overall, I was very satisfied.
I had to get the car exchanged at a different location due to a problem caused by regular wear and tear (something no one can really plan for) and the process of booking the exchange and the exchange itself were very smooth as well.”

“This Enterprise has employees. They are available to answer the phone and help you get a reservation scheduled. I had a rental through insurance due to a wreck. Whole process took me less than 10 minutes and they even picked me up later that afternoon. This was the THIRD location I called. spent about an hour and twenty minutes with the other two and couldn't ( or wouldn't) help me.
