“Over the years I have had to use Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Richardson, TX -I75 location) for more than my travel needs for vacations. Unfortunately, I have been in a few accidents (no fault of my own) in which my vehicle was either totaled or needed repairs.Once again, my car was totaled in a hit-and-run accident in October. The Richardson office came to my rescue again! They provided me rental car(s) easily and helped me through my whole ordeal, which lasted until the end of December.Thank you, Journey Black, LD Thomas, Taviee Bell, De'Rico Miller and Tyler for making this difficult time simple and easy, as far as having reliable(stylish also!) transportation. I can always count on Enterprise in my time of need.”

“I have had my Toyota services here for years for general maintenance and sometimes I leave with only what I came in for. lol. Beth Anne is my service advisor and she is really efficient and easy to work with. Usually it is a $400 or $800 oil change after we do all the maintenance they suggest but my Rav 4 is at 90K miles and I have had absolutely no issues with it and I think its because I do what this service team recommends.”
