Is the managers only job to stand there and say hi? I should’ve got his name but he was very unhelpful. I ended up going to another chase location that was able to help me with what I needed without any issues.

Absolutely terrible service. I will be canceling my account. If you can't cash a check from one customer to another customer, why do you even exist. It was under a thousand dollars. Melissa Velazques and Matthew Ellis were no help at all.

Scheduled an appointment. Got there a few minutes before and was told that the banker was busy so I was told to wait in the lobby. I waited for at least 30 minutes before asking one of the front workers if I could reschedule for later that day and he said the next available appointment is next week. I saw at least 2 other bankers available while I was there, one chatting with a co-worker, but I guess they weren’t available either…

Today I went to Chase Bank 1505 E Belt Line RD, Richardson and met Mr. Qui Dao. He communicated with me and my mother very well, guided me every step of the way and I felt very satisfied

Horrible staff and customer service.I stood in line 45 minutes, then another lady of a different race came in and they informed her that the system was down! Noone felt as though I needed to know that information. I do not plan on ever going back to this branch!

I make an appointment online 1 week before the day i came because my work schedule is too busy. I took day off to bring mom there to open her account then the time i show up they said the one i meet she off on that day ! They support to email me or text me to let me know about that. That’s so awful her name is Melissa Velazquez
