Not sure why they have such a low rating. Maybe my experience was better because I just came to make a drive thru deposit. It was fast and easy.

Very busy bank. I've used this location for several years. Only 1 issue with an appointment. Made the appointment on line. They messed it up..not the bank. Like most locations, small staff and old bank with very little cosmetic updates. Big thing...it's a great location and for most part staff does care.

Today I went to Chase Bank 1505 E Belt Line RD, Richardson and met Mr. Qui Dao. He communicated with me and my mother very well, guided me every step of the way and I felt very satisfied
