Horrible staff and customer service.I stood in line 45 minutes, then another lady of a different race came in and they informed her that the system was down! Noone felt as though I needed to know that information. I do not plan on ever going back to this branch!

I make an appointment online 1 week before the day i came because my work schedule is too busy. I took day off to bring mom there to open her account then the time i show up they said the one i meet she off on that day ! They support to email me or text me to let me know about that. That’s so awful her name is Melissa Velazquez

I went to J.P. Morgan Chase Bank in Richardson, Texas to open an annuity for the first time. The financial advisor never disclosed any pitfalls from the beginning upon opening up these new accounts including surcharges when you close one annuity within the 30-day grace period to get a better interest rate, which she pointed out to me. I got all my principal back but incurred two 1099rs that I had to reflect on my taxes. By the way Yelp, I live in Garland, Texas, not San Francisco!

They’re not helpful at all. They don’t even try to help you when you have transaction issues. This branch used to be good with helpful and friendly staff but now if I wanna talk to the banker they send you to the teller and the teller won’t even wanna look it up for the issue. Very disappointing experience.

Kinda trashy looking. Brings down the neighborhood. How about some new paint to indicate that you have parking spaces. Stop using the interest you steal from customers to improve your own lifestyles & at least give it back to the consumer in the form of basic quality service.

I was at Chase 1505 E Beltline Rd 75081 around 1:45 PM today (8/13/21), waited for over 15 minutes to use the safe deposit box. Once I got access, I was in there for about 5-10 minutes and Qui Phu Dao came knocking lightly, so I didn't think much of it. A couple of seconds later, he started banging on the door abruptly asking me how much longer I'll be, rushing me... When I finished, I approached him and I told him that his actions were unacceptable. He didn't seem to care what I had to say, NO apology for the rushing nor the poor attitude. He just handed me his card and said "do what you want with it". I've never seen this type of customer service at any bank, especially not at Chase (a prestigious bank), until today. I've already made an appointment to close my safe deposit box and possibly be taking my business elsewhere. We have a lot of accounts with Chase, and thanks to Qui Phu Dao's poor service today, you'll be losing a loyal customer. Everyone else at this branch was nice and helpful except for Qui Phu Dao.

New account set up has been awful. Banker we had a scheduled appointment with no showed our first meeting and no one was able to perform the service. Waste of a vacation day. After a second meeting with a different banker on another day got account set up. Then got a call that I needed to bring back in the same 2 forms of ID I presented one week ago. The banker has to call customer service. 55 minute hold time and still waiting. Waste of a Saturday. Recording says we appreciate serving you I think not.
