Wanted to open a checking / savings account at this location and they told me that no appointments were available. Looks like only one person that services the entire bank. Poor customer service

Slowest chase branch I’ve ever been to, no customers were in the lobby, or drive thru just me. It took them 10 minutes to process a payment where on average it wouldn’t take more than 1-2 minutes if they’re not busy Definitely my least chase branch

Very bad. Was hoping to get 8 pages notarized and was at the branch around 4.25 pm. Needed it urgently and Was asked to come back later as we wouldn’t be done before 5. We have two personal and one business account with chase and this was unacceptable. A little courtesy would go a long way especially towards loyal customers.
