“This bank has been part of our lives since 1998, and we have been loyal customers for many years. Unfortunately, this is the first time we have had a disappointing experience.
Our experience with our loan agent, Beliza, was marked by poor communication and a lack of professionalism. Calls and messages were frequently unanswered, and responses often required multiple follow-ups. During an important financial process, timely and clear communication is essential, and this standard was not met.
Due to these communication challenges, we chose to move forward with another lender. While we continue to value this bank overall, we cannot recommend working with this particular agent. We hope this feedback contributes to improvements in communication and professionalism for future clients.”

“Even though their Google rating is quite low, I’m not sure why that is. I go to this bank for free notary services since I am a Chase customer, and they provide them to me all the time. I haven't had any bad experiences with their customer service.”
“Not sure why this branch gets bad reviews. I went in to withdraw cash and didn’t have my card and Sheila was a gem and helped me out. They’ve remodeled and painted the inside and it looks fresh and clean. Would definitely go to again.”
