Today I was expecting a delivery of a washer and dryer but never received it. I got a message saying that it had been delivered and signed and they even sent a confirmation picture where you can’t see the background or the appliance that was bought. I am extremely disappointed and angry because I never received or signed anything. The delivery was expected to arrive from 4-8 pm and I was waiting all day for it to arrive. I even called and they told me that they were going to return my call but never called back so I went to the store and they told me that I had to wait until tomorrow to get the issue resolved. I am highly frustrated feeling like I wasted so much time and I truly do hope to receive my order.

This is my favorite Lowe’s, I’m here a lot. Mel works in the garden section and he is so helpful! He helped me load the heavier items in my car and find the flat cart I needed. It’s people like Mel that make this Lowe’s a personable experience.

I usually used everything I bought so never knew that they changed their return policy. They should post this warning when we checked out. I went to returned some U bolts today because I changed route with my project. I lost the receipt and they won't let me return, not even store credit. Nobody is doing to steal U bolts that cost $2. The manager Raul was no help. No wonder nobody shop there anymore. I'll never be back, home depot is much better.

Decided to take on a crazy project for my daughter’s birthday and Felix was so helpful and patient to show me where everything was that I needed and even made suggestions for how I could execute different things and then he and Luis helped me pack everything in the my car which was a feat itself! (Maybe my husband was right that it wouldn’t fit but we made it work!) They were such good sports and went along with me to help execute my crazy ideas. Thank you!

Just a bunch of high school kids that don't want to work. They don't even know how to help lift anything or help you push 3 carts with $5k worth of materials out to your truck.
Waited 45 minutes for a forklift operator to get something down and he was very rude. PLEASE hire some people with experience .
Oh and I just bought a new pedestal bathroom sink and guess what!, Someone took the mounting hardware out of the box and taped it back up. It was fresh off the shelf. This is about the 3rd this has happened.

Disappointed twice in one Week.
First I bought a $700 Tool box and asked for delivery. They charged me over $70 for delivery and it fell thru the Cracks. They texted to be delivered between 8 and 8:30 AM. Waiting until 10:30 I called the Store. Finally around. 3 PM when it was delivered . I think I can expect a timely delivery for over &70.
2nd Disappointment.
Went to the Store and look for some Garden Chairs. Found some and they were marked &14.88. as I went to pay the charged me &180 for 4 Chairs. I told Costumer Serve the are marked $ 14.88.
Long Story short, the didn’t gave it to me for the marked Price, and the Manager was very unfriendly, not even to say rude.
