So I was with Metro PCS for about 4 years and all that time they had good service. But I needed something cheaper for at least a year or two. So I switched to spectrum mobile since it was half the price with their promotion. I needed to pay for another month of service so I could keep the phones open for the week I waited for my new phones to arrive and activate them. This went off without a hitch even transferring the number. After switching to spectrum mobile I called Metro to confirm cancelation of my service and asked if they could refund a portion of that payment since I only used about a week of it. The person with t mobile customer service put me on hold for about 10 minutes to talk to her supervisor. When she came back she said that since I am no longer a member of T mobile they refuse to issue any refunds. I see it as only fair to refund for services not used. So that is why after 4 years of loyalty I am giving a 1 star. And I currently have canceled my plans to switch back to Metro after spectrums promotional period ends.

Had been with Metro PCS for over 20yrs.Went to Muskogee OK to the Metro to get a new phone.The people talked me into a Samsung galaxy A54. The phone cost me $600.00.Was not a great phone. I brought the phone back within 14 days. The manager didn't help me at all. Went to T-Mobile. Switched my phone plan to them. Also got a great phone from them for free! Now that's customer service. Never again will I go to Metro Pcs. If I could give Metro a lower rating than a 1 star, I would.

I purchased a phone August 4th! It was delivered. I have the phone. I've called over 50 times to customer service to activate it. They will not allow it to be activated cause they say it was not delivered. It was. I have it. It shows delivered on UPS website! Pic and all. No body cares!! Took my money and won't give me a working phone or refund!! Ive been to the store several times as well! No one will do anything! FRAUD

Never been to this place but I have been a loyal customer with MetroPCS since 2015 n not planning to go no where else but i just want to say thanks and at this moment my time has come for another upgrade on another phone n I was just looking for a little discount for next my phone if it's possible Thanks

I have been a customer for about 6 or 7 years. I recently purchased a new phone, and although I was due for an upgrade at a discount...I still paid full price price for the phone. The representative assured me my service plan would remain the same which included headset protection. I was adamant that I needed everything on my plan to remain the same and that I really need to have insurance. I noticed when I paid my bill that is was lower the it should be so when I checked the insurance had been removed! I called customer service, which I hate to do because they are very hard to understand. I was placed on hold several times while the representative pretended to speak with a supervisor. I was then told they could not add the insurance back to my plan! Like seriously? The representative from the store location flat out lied about my plan not changing and these people did nothing about it! They don't seem too concerned about losing customers at all. I suggest if anyone is looking for a service provider...do not choose MetroPCS!

Called to set up a new account and asked if they could ship me a sim card and get the rest done over the phone. They spent the next half hour preparing an account including spelling everything out 3-4 times, only to ask me for a sim number. I explained for the 3rd time that I didn't have one, and referred me to a store.The manager I spoke with also repeatedly refused to answer yes/no questions about what could be done on the phone vs in store, and zero effort to remedy the situation or prevent it from reoccurring, which confirmed for me that this wasn't a language barrier, but a sales tactic- steam rolling what people say and not actually listening or answering questions.They just follow a script until they get money, no matter what you say, 3ven if it fails. Nothing interactive or service oriented about it. Total waste of time and predatory.

I’ve been calling Metro all morning spoken to 3 reps & two supervisors that have ALL hung up on me!!!! I’m LIVID! I plan to go to the corporate office bc ALL i want it the $40 plan for two phones 86$ for both with insurance & with autopay $76!!! We have been payin over $100 since November!! Today we paid 94! Mind you we are on autopay so this is automatic, every month they tell us autopay will activate & we will be payin the $76 & every month we pay higher. They’re literally reading us a script, so everytime i said that whoever i was speakin to would put me on hold come back & HANG UP! This is the worst service i’ve ever received i can not believe they are making this so difficult. It started at the store & now it’s like we can not get this fixed at all. No real Human Resources number so i pray i can get help with the address i found in Richardson Tx. They really trying me by lying to me then hanging up When i catch them in that lie! Who does that???? If you’re thinkin about getting this service, DONT!!!!

If you try and do the right thing by this company, they will not return the favor. Instead they'll explain nonsensical policies that ensure they've lost a customer for good. $85.00 is a fair amount of money to me, really, what's it to a company like them? Especially after my wife and I were solid customers for over 4 years. They made thousands off of us yet they're unwilling to refund $85.00 in good faith. We may only be two people but that seems like poor business.

My wife and I both switched over to metro approximately 4 weeks ago we both got then Samsung A20 upon getting home we both noticed that the service was slow. As the night progressed we noticed that our streaming apps buffered. We figured it was just a glitch. However immediately after that on a daily basis our service has been slow and most times we have just spent time buffering. I personally have called customer service no less than 10 times complaining. I have had the network refreshed. I have changed apn settings. I run my own business in which I have missed calls and the call has gone to voicemail without a ring. My phone is important to my day to day business it has been frustrating.has taken 34 minutes just to download 35 mb of data from play store. So far we have been given 15 GB of hotspot in which neither of us can use because the network is so slow. Late last week I informed the rep that I paid $120 roughly for unlimited everything however I haven't been able to use it. Most times we spend switching apn settings just to get a somewhat normal use from the service. I would like s full refund because I haven't had unlimited high speed usage and I'm tired off fight with metro to make our phones go faster. To capp it off we were offered $15 discount on the next bill as if that's gonna correct a 90% failure rate.

Called to the corporate office here in Richardson to speak to someone in payroll or HR and they tell me that they have no number to give me and that I physically have to go up to the store I worked for even though I explained to them that the store had been demolished then they tell me I have to visit the corporate store even though thats the place I called. All I'm trying to do is get info on how I can retrieve my W2 from the ADP website since my old login is not allowing me to and it clearly has me contact corporate for help but yet corporate was no f****** help.

My daughter ordered me a phone last week for Mother's Day. Her order was cancelled supposedly because of some security system they have in their ordering system that supposedly detects potential fraudulent purchases. As was explainec to me because her name and billing address differ from my shipping address they stopped the order. Really? Well thank God Amazon doesn't do that lol. Btw thanks metro for ruining my Mother's Day. You stopped the order yet your employee was willing to take my daughters billing info from ME over the phone to replace the order? Ha! I'll switch carriers and you can all stuff it. ? Sorriest company ever exhisted

This company seems is greedy in its character. For example, everything from customer support prompts to website pages is peppered with prompts to make a payment. In the same time, it is very difficult to get through to talk to a live person, even worse is trying to resolve something using their website.I had features appear and disappear from my account, for no apparent reason. MetroPCS staff were friendly, but were not able to resolve my issue in the course of several (3) phone calls, every call lasting for about 20 minutes (not counting the time to wait for a live person).Metro PCS website is impossible to use. For instance, it does not have any Account section - all you get is Shop, Payment, Support. No matter what you do you end up in Make A Payment. No live chat.

I called every local branch I n the area to ask why my clients payment was refunded without an explanation. Money definitely was not an issue her check was literally deposited the same day. Finally after 3 days of calling, I again tried the 800 number and finally got through only to be told that they couldn't help her because she didn't know her 8 digit PIN, which she never received at the store (the same store that didn't even have receipt paper in the register) and they wouldn't even search her accroding to her ss#. Finally got through to a metro PC's store in the next town and let me tell you the blatant disrespect was appalling. He told me " it ain't nothin I can do, all I do is take payments and activate phones, you just gonna have to call corporate." I asked for that number and he had again went off the deep end on me. I politely asked for his name and the exact store location. Decided to post this here under the corporate number that I had to search for myself. In 39 years yes I have experienced some very poor customer service but this is definitely top 5?????

Well i live in Nashville Tennessee. And i bout a phone that quit working the same day and the woyldnt refund i been waiting since narch for a phine that they supposed to ordered ftom texas so now um in process of suiny metro pcs i have also been paying the bill on a phone. Thats never been used

The commercials are very intrusive, continuous, tedious. Any time I'm going to use the service those intrusive ads make lost concentration also time and lost focus on what I try to do it. I was before using another carrier,but that one was more respectful about their costumers. I'm starting thinking returned to them.This situation is very abusive.
