Well i live in Nashville Tennessee. And i bout a phone that quit working the same day and the woyldnt refund i been waiting since narch for a phine that they supposed to ordered ftom texas so now um in process of suiny metro pcs i have also been paying the bill on a phone. Thats never been used

First i am on a $40 plan and yet I'm paying 50 a month. Second yesterday I paid my monthly bill and did not even get any data on my phone. The customer service was horrible they told me that I had used up all of my data in under 24 hours and yet it usually last me a week or so I do not recommend this company to anyone.
