My experience was absolutely fantastic. Zohaib was very patient and reassuring and very knowledgeable of my plan and he even unsaled me to new phone. Hooray Shri and Zohaib are a great team!!! Thank you Metro PCS!! Best customer service experience!!!

Completely appalled by the customer service here. My elderly mother came in to buy a new phone and they completely changed her plan without her knowledge. My mother speaks okay English and Rey took advantage of her. Rey you are a disgusting human being for the way you treated my mother when she came back in to complain. For everyone who doesn’t know they get paid commission for every service they sign people up for. Rey will keep taking advantage of people for a pay check. That is not okay. She told my mother that she had to come back before the bill came in so she can change it back to the original plan? That is infuriating. Do better.

Rey is very helpful and kind. She really helped to upgrade my device last week. She is a very great sales representative and a very knowledgeable woman. Wow! Awesome salesmanship from Johnny! He immediately helped us out, took the time to explain the plans thoroughly and was extremely knowledgeable about the phones. George fielded other customers as well. We were impressed!?
*Only critique would be that they need a better inventory supply system so all phones are in stock
