“Infinity has been wonderful. We have a complex care baby with a rare syndrome in the household. Only 50 people in the world are diagnosed with it. He has special needs and meds change frequently. Infinity has gone out of their way to deliver last minute changes. They check in with us when something isn't received and make sure the baby receives what is needed. We are very grateful for their exceptional service!”

“I was in the area and wanted to pick up a few items. I don't usually shop here and haven't been to this location in many years, but I was impressed that the free N95 masks (limit 3 per person) provided by our tax dollars were available at both the entrance and the exit to the store. I like how they have enclosed the dairy/cheese/yogurt displays at the back of the store. I think that will help the merchandise stay a good cool temperature.”

There were 3 people helping clients when i went, it seemed to be a traffic heavy day but they were quite impressively juggling tasks and communicating with each other. “I'm really not sure about any of the other reviews that give a lower rating to this particular CVS. I only have to visit every three months, but I can honestly say I have always had a good experience. The pharmacists that coordinate everything are overwhelmed at times, and that's understandable. I get it. All of you want your drugs! But the fact that they go out of their way to find people discounts, have prompt refill service, and are customer focused should be enough for most people. I have seen people berate them because of some kind of problem with their insurance. I stood behind a lady that was so amped up about her medication that she didn't even stop whining when the other pharmacist came over to say that her insurance I finally sent over whatever it was. She just kept complaining. When it was my turn, I said, "I won't be nearly that difficult." The pharm tech smiled. That irritated Karen did not.”

“This Walgreens location is my favorite!!! First off I called this Campbell location to see if I needed an appointment to get my 2nd shingles shot, nope. Yay! Unlike the location on Buckingham which gave me the run-around. The dude (at Buckingham!) who gave me my 1st shot hurt me like no other shot I've ever had before, and I'm NOT a wuss! Today I received my 2nd shot and hardly felt anything, perfect!”

“I called them because a bill from April 2023 caught up to me. My wife came home from a hospital and still had a picline for antibiotics and this pharmacy provided part of the paraphernalia to administer it, or the med itself. The person I talked to was courteous and helpful. And I could almost see her smile as she took my money for services rendered. I recommend them.”

“Pharmacy - For being shorthanded and having to deal with constant computer problems, these people seem to be doing the best they can with what they have.I left CVS 3 years ago because some Muslim pharmacist SCREAMED at me after I told her she made a mistake and gave me the wrong Rx!!! They REFUSED to refund my money. So I left and switched over ALL of my meds to Tom Thumb.I haven't regretted it since. Although they are usually insanely busy, I don't have to wait long and they do have a drive thru if I don't want to go inside.As far as pharmacies and customer service go...............compared to what lousy places are out there like CVS, this place is top notch!”

“For several months I have been using the Drive Up service lanes for pick up and I'm ready to say the team is doing a great job! The wait is typically only 15 minutes when I arrive at 5pm. The products are packaged well and cans/boxes are in prime condition. The team member is courteous. Fast service that is very well done! “I was worried because of the recent reviews on here but didn’t have much choice. Thankfully, Vy Tran, ND, helped me today! She was kind and thorough in her questioning my symptoms before prescribing me the needed medicine. She asked follow up questions and was informative on everything. I haven’t received such good care except at my doctor’s office!”

“I understand the hours working here may seem grueling and tiring, and I think the customers should not feel obligated to be flat out rude to the employees if the employees have done nothing wrong. I get that some people are in a rush, but that isn't the employees fault. If the customer is in a rush, it is THEIR OWN RESPONSIBILITY to manage THEIR OWN TIME correctly, NOT THE EMPLOYEE. It isn't often that I see a customer yelling at a worker. But usually when that happens, it's all for the same reason. The customer is in a rush. Anyway, I come here often for groceries, the store is very neat and well put together.”
