“Fantastic small business service that is in the same building as our pediatrician!! They typically have meds ready within 5-10 minutes of me walking out of rhe pediatrician’s office…and all parents know the value of getting a prescription for your sick kid ASAP (and spending less time in the car for a separate stop/trip). The pharmacist is very friendly, and goes out of his way to be helpful. We have also used their free delivery on a medication (Xofluza) that was out of stock everywhere else! Hard to beat, and you can’t beat it with a larger corporation pharmacy.

“This is the absolute best pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! I have to give a big shout out to Mirela. She is so pleasant and will go out of her way to help you get the best price by comparing insurance to services like GoodRx. My other previous pharmacy literally refused to compare saying they didn't have time for that. Even when there is a line here, it goes quickly as this pharmacy is always well staffed and the staff is very efficient. I literally have paid more for prescriptions to shop here at times (due to change of insurance) because I figure my time is worth it and once again, it's always a pleasure which is not something I have ever said about a pharmacy before. And I can't forget Lizzie. She has been a terrific addition to the staff. It's always service with a smile here. That is so rare and yet so important.”

“Infinity has been wonderful. We have a complex care baby with a rare syndrome in the household. Only 50 people in the world are diagnosed with it. He has special needs and meds change frequently. Infinity has gone out of their way to deliver last minute changes. They check in with us when something isn't received and make sure the baby receives what is needed. We are very grateful for their exceptional service!”

“The pharmacy has its positives and its negatives. So for one of the negatives it's about whether or not you're going to be able to get your prescription on time.
One of the positive things about this place is that you will be able to get your prescription and it will be in a timely manner.
The staff is courteous and I haven't as yet found any particular person that stands out for being inconsiderate or unwilling to serve you. Which is the reason why I'm going to give it 5 stars!”
“I started going to this Tom Thumb pharmacy since 2010. Janet and Frank are the pharmacists I know best. Both are fantastic. I remember one of my mom's medicine was not stocked at their pharmacy and they didn't know when they would get it in. Frank called other pharmacies and went on his day off to pick it up.
I have never had a pharmacy do that.
The staff is always helpful and concerned. They listen.
I know some people get frustrated about waiting but, they treat every single person individually with their unique situation. All their customers are equally important.
As a health care provider I have a genuine appriciation for that.
I highly recommend them.”

“This is for the CVS at 1555 East Renner Road Richardson, Tx 75082, I walked in there this afternoon with a prescription from my dentist. Walked to the Pharmacy and was greeted by the new Pharmacist there. She told me it would just be a few minutes to take my order. After she took my prescription, she told me how much it would cost and she could have it done in 15 minutes. Her Techs were busy filling orders. 15 minutes later I was in line and picking up my order. Everything ran quickly and smoothly. Pharmacist name is Farah. She was very helpful, professional, and very personable. On my way out I ran into Theresa, the Assistant Manager, I see working there all the time and told her how nice the store was looking, She says they have a new Manager and a new Pharmacist. Theresa has always been the heart of that store. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I've met some really nice people there in the past two years I have been going there. I would highly recommend this store. Great location, largest CVS in the area, and has a great selection in the store.”
