My chain decided to break on an evening bike ride only .3 miles into the ride. Thankfully the nearest Bike Mart was still open. Entered the store at 6 p.m., walked out with a new chain and adjusted derailleur at 645 p.m. Excellent customer service by Alex, Service Manager, to get me back on the road.

Knowledgeable, expert staff, lots of product, and a great selection of bikes. For more than 30 years, I’ve been driving past a lot of bike shops to get to RBM because they are simply the best.
