They're running a small business and you're intentionally harming them for not fixing your basket case.”

“Had my bike serviced here on Feb 6 and they were great customer service. When I came to pick it up, I only noticed something wrong once I brought it out of the store and was mounting it on the back of car. One of the new TPU tubes felt soft, later they found it had a bad valve and we could not get it beyond 65 PSI. Replacement work immediately ensued. Got me out of there in timely manner.Weeks of riding later I can say I’m still happy with the trueing of front wheel and rear hub work. Both remains smooth. Trek in Allen was the one whom recommend I take my bike here for maintenance. Maybe those Campy hubs are annoying to work on.Back in 2015ish I bought a Stumpjumper here for around 4k, excellent until derailure took a fall on Rowlett creek preserve, I never look at leaf piles the same. Bikemart fixed that up and charged it to the PayItForward account. Great customer service even decades ago.”
