“Fantastic Online Retailer. I worked with Erin P and she went above and beyond to cater to my requests. I lived out of state and within 15 minutes of me calling, she took several outside photos of my bike so I could see the true color in outdoor lighting. This gave me a ton of peace of mind to know what I was going to get shipped to me. She also offered to speed up shipping speed without a charge to accomodate a race I had coming up soon. “I recently crashed my mountain bike at Cedar Hill State Park and wasn’t sure whether I’d damaged the derailleur hanger or the derailleur itself. I’ve had experiences with other Dallas bike shops where repairs were either expensive or took over two weeks, so I decided to give Dallas Bicycle Works a try after seeing their great reviews.

I stopped by on a weekday afternoon and they looked at my bike immediately! Turns out, the derailleur hanger just needed to be realigned. They got everything working again quickly, and I was even more impressed with the pricing, it was much more reasonable than I expected.

I actually ended up bringing in two bikes, and they took care of both right away. Of course, turnaround times depend on the repair, but for my relatively minor issues, the service was excellent.

I also love that they’re right next to Pull Through Coffee Bar, a great spot for the Dallas cycling community. They had a nice selection of bikes in the shop, too.

“I am the happy owner of a Silver Arrows 03 and it is a wonderful bike, fast and responsive. I particularly like the fact that the belt drive and gear change is so smooth and silent. Living in Los Angeles, the after sales service has been excellent. Upon delivery, delayed by Covid, they stayed in touch with me to advise of pending delivery date. Then a problem with the front brake caliper was resolved by a technician who came to my house and replaced the defective part. Recently I had a battery issue which was resolved within 24hours since i was able to bring my bike to their shop in Long Beach where all repairs were made under warranty.
