I lived out of state and within 15 minutes of me calling, she took several outside photos of my bike so I could see the true color in outdoor lighting. This gave me a ton of peace of mind to know what I was going to get shipped to me. She also offered to speed up shipping speed without a charge to accomodate a race I had coming up soon. I'd definitely recommend this ship :)”
