the auto attendant is awful! I was not happy when I FINALLY got to an agent (y'all need to fix that Texans). But when I got to Naomi, she instantly improved my mood and helped me with what I needed. She's a treasure. Better auto attendant and MORE agents like Naomi, please. :-)
