Through various ways I have been connected to Texans Credit Union for several decades. I am a loyal shareholder in good standing.For several decades, I have visited my local branch on Campbell road, had good relations with the staff, managers for decades. I Was proud of the caliber of customer service Texans had.This year, I have experienced, seen the level of customer service quality diminish, and high employee turnover rate at the Campbell location. I believe this compromises the banking relationships with shareholder members.Just recently, I visited the Campbell road branch which has left me deeply hurt, offended, scared and not whole.I brought awareness and more info to management about this incident, that Shareholder members like myself should be treated fairly, not discriminated against, accommodated for their handicaps, allowed to ask question or concerns without being bullied into silence using personal attacks, wrongful accusations or other acts to incite and lead negative acts against a shareholder when he had done nothing wrong.I encourage action by Texans executives for for more oversight, and better leadership training, including de-escalation training, ability to listen to customers and concerns , Americans with Disabilities Act education, Civil Rights issues including discrimination, sensitivity training to handle minorities, for employees especially branch managers , so all shareholder member owners including myself are protected from financial and CSR perils due to poor management/service and abuse their leadership /roles. Hands down the best Credit Union. I have had all of my car loans throught them. Jason Stone is who i have worked with and also have referrred all of my friends and colleagues too.
