“Fantastic customer service and work on my Ford hybrid. It needed both headlights replaced which, with this car, required removal of the front bumper (thanks Ford)!. Pictures were provided and quotes presented all along the scoping out of the issues & before repairs were completed. The AC wasn't working so that was another issue we worked through together. They called me & sent pictures about what they found & the required parts to fix it. I told them to go ahead; they secured the parts and got the AC back working! This family run shop is transparent, honest, and above all very auto knowledgeable. I've done business with NORTHRICH AUTOMOTIVE and Alex (owner) for 25+ years & honestly will never take my car anywhere else. They also have access to transportation to/fm NORTHRICH when I need it. Believe me, I've got 3 grown children now & at one time we were a 5 car family & we utilized Alex & company a lot more then than now but the service hasn't changed, it's gotten better, especially with Rochelle handling the front office!”
“this place is as good as any, but the people here are very friendly and comprehensive. i've had my car fixed there several times, My car is an O2 Jaguar. I also have a 98 ranger. I either let Them fix it or sometimes I'll tell them what I want them to do to it. I can't say I don't have to sign a waiver if it's something that I want them to do to do. but they sure will do it. And they do it right . I haven't tried to act like an overbearing type of customer yet. I hope I never do with them. I like it when there's nobody there and you can be almost the first person in line. But that doesn't happen often. Oscar and Omar seem to run the place, along with the mechanics. I love him so much.”
