“UPDATE: took the Sequoia back for a little checkup prior to taking a long road trip, which we haven't taken in yrs, and oh my gosh....they called today just to make sure we were happy with their service and to say they would be praying for a safe trip for us! Who does that these days? Dustin....thank you for that call and your faith. I know this might be an issue for some, but as for me and my house, we serve The Lord! God Bless y'all and your call meant so much! Y'all are the best!Initial Review:Have an older SUV, a 2004 Toyota Sequoia to be exact, that we purchased as new....other than the usual maintenance, we hadn't put hardly any money into it until now. We had taken it to our usual Toyota shop for a brake light evaluation, but they found it to be in need of a lot of other work as well....mainly just general wear and tear like the shocks, struts, fuel injection cleaning, etc. With the brake sensor issue, all total, we were looking at over $10k. Decided to take it somewhere else for another estimate and we decided on Christian Brothers which we had never used before. After their own assessment, they came back with a few additional items like hoses, and minus one thing Toyota recommended, but our cost with them was $3k less than Toyota! We were ecstatic! They answered all my questions and stayed on the phone with me explaining things for as long as I needed - I never felt rushed or like I was asking silly questions. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends, and they will be our new go-to shop for whatever we need done on our vehicles! “Excellent service and outstanding experienced staff. I must’ve called a dozen places and nobody could beat the quote I was given from Rahim. The dealership wanted to replace my entire transmission for almost $2,000.00 more than it took to rebuild it from AAMCO. My research told me that the torque converter was the culprit which was confirmed by Rahim and Cris. These guys are making fixes the dealerships aren’t doing with a good warranty offer. AAMCO was a big name when I was growing up around the race track and this location is keeping up with that tall reputation.”

“This was my first time to service any of my cars outside of a dealer and now I'm wondering why I waited so long! Luxur more than exceeded my expectations in all phases of a repair/maintenance/service of a luxury car service experience. Mr. Naiem was a joy to work with as he gave me the confidence that he and his team know what they are doing and have the credentials to work on a brand like Aston Martin and others (I've seen Bentleys, Rolls Royce etc in their parking lot when driving by). Top notch service and experience at a more than a fair and reasonable price point (especially compared to a dealer and especially on the type of luxury cars they work on) is an easy choice for me. I don't easily give the keys up to my car to just any shop, but I can honestly say that I couldn't have been more pleased with this experience.For reference, Luxur did some routine maintenance (oil change and general multi-point inspection), and they also diagnosed and fixed a malfunctioning window (far from a routine repair or maintenance request). All this happened within one day and even was returned to me washed, with the plastic seat, floor and steering wheel covers...complete with pictures and short videos of the work performed!Luxur is now my go-to for maintanence and repairs, hope this helps anyone else on the fence as I was!”

“If you value your vehicles like I do then you should take 2 minutes to read this review. It won't be a waste of your time. I really don't know where to start because I have too many positive things to say about Tidwell Auto Service. 5 stars isn't enough.We've all heard the horror stories about repair shops and most have probably had a bad experience somewhere along the way. I've been working on cars/trucks my entire life and over some 30 plus years of experimentation and experience as a weekend warrior I'm a self actualized master mechanic. I don't trust most mechanics and there are plenty of decent one's out there. But they aren't always easy to find.Tidwell is direct, easy to work with, reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable and high quality people. They have completed numerous repairs on my truck over the years in a very timely fashion and they are the ONLY mechanic I'm comfortable telling friends/family to deal with. My truck has over 200k miles on it and isn't slowing down. I would send my worst enemy to Tidwell. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. It'll save you time and money. You won't be taken advantage of and always get what you pay for. Honest service and great prices just don't do them justice. I've never had better experiences with a repair shop.”
