Today I had to suddenly send perishable items overnight. I was helped at this UPS store location by Cheryl who was very helpful and understanding on the specifics of my package. She went above and beyond to very reassuring and made the experience less worrisome.

This is THE BEST UPS store I’ve ever used!!! I’m always greeted with a smile and they always the nicest staff members working there! Always clean and roomy. Always fast and efficient. And never nickel and dimed for taping a package or printing a label. Just 5 star customer service all around!!

1) Mishandling of a package.
I paid for 2nd Day Air Delivery but package is now expected 3 days late!
2)Website shows the store is open Sunday until 3:00 pm. Store is actually closed all day on Sundays. Wasted a trip thanks to your misinformation.

I had a very complex project to compile including, printing, scanning, passport photos etc. Drew and Payton helped me out and they were excellent. They were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. With their help I finished quickly and it cost less than half what office depot quoted me. I highly recommend this UPS location as well as Drew and Payton deserve some praise.

Every time I come into this ups store it is such a pleasant experience. They know their rushes and staff up accordingly. 4 people in the front, so beautiful getting me in and out. The people are always educational and hard working. The curly haired guy with a pony helped me notarize something today and walked me through everything. This is some great customer service in a place you would least expect it. Much respect to the owner, management, and employees. Keep it up, I’ll be back :)
