Employees are fantastic, very helpful, patient, and sweet, often problem-solving and ensuring packages are well handled and delivered safely. They provide solid service even during busy times like the Christmas crunch. Staff are willing to help with issues like correcting addresses and ensure customers are treated with care, sometimes going above and beyond. The mail carrier for the area also receives thanks for the delivery service. The location is noted for getting customers in and out very fast.

Extremely rude woman working today at 3pm Who doesn’t understand customer service and just wants to give orders, I left because I didn’t trust her with my package and I seem her be rude to a sweet elderly woman as well

The 630LB lady works there is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. She literally closed the door 3 minutes before the closing time… ignored my urgency to send my packages on time before the holidays as i told her but no she just insisted on closing.Absolutely disgusting behavior.
