NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION
I was trying to ship some package for my business and I forgot to write the name by mistake and the lady at the front desk was giving me an attitude when I asked her question it’s like she doesn’t want us there and she was using her phone when I was trying to talk to her take your business somewhere else usps needs to learns from UPS OR FEDEX because every time I’m there I get respect. and you guys already know what lady I’m talking about

This location has become unbearable to deal with. Most of the employees here do not do their jobs properly and treat customers with a bad attitude. When I drop off packages, they are supposed to be scanned by the end of the day, but this rarely happens. When I hand over new order documents, they refuse to accept them and send me to the front desk. At the front desk, they say, “I can’t do this,” and send me back again. Employees keep passing responsibility back and forth, and in the end, nothing gets done.
Many of our orders have been lost. Most of the time, they dismiss it with excuses like “the machine jammed.” We have lost hundreds of orders this way, or they arrive to customers damaged. As small business owners, we are already struggling to survive in tough conditions, and because of this negligence, our stores keep receiving negative reviews and our sales are suffering. The only ones responsible for this are the employees at this branch.
Especially on weekends, packages are often not scanned at all, which causes them to disappear in the system and customers end up not receiving them properly. This branch urgently needs to be inspected. Whoever the senior executive is in this area needs to step in, warn their staff, and fix these issues.
In the past, there was one employee here, Andrew (who I believe now works at the other Richardson Usps branch), who was always polite, professional, and did his job correctly. This branch needs more employees like him.

Staff would not allow me to ask a question on packages size limits to ship out. Keep on telling me to go online while 3 of them just goofing around without a single customer at the time.

Cashier wouldn’t let me send more than one package after learning about their strange “5 package” policy. She gave me a weird look when I asked if I could send five and take the rest somewhere else.

Not sure why it shows delivered mail at address but no mail delivered. Important mail missing and didn't receive. This is HUGH issue!
Update from Post office email and phone call: mail cannot be located. Last shown stand in carrier in area logged it as delivered in wrong area. Sent the original carrier to locate. Not found. VIP mail lost never delivered to my address. This is unacceptable as this contains VIP information. I have to change so much financial information due to Post Office error with carrier. Probably have to open another case for ongoing investigation.

Was told I can’t buy stamps because the “big boss” wasn’t there. I asked why the boss was the only one who could sell stamps and nobody knew. Very rude staff.
Update: learned from customer service that this branch has a history of not ordering stamps so the whole “boss not being there” deal was a lie.

This place is horrible. Old Hispanic lady who works the front is RUDE. She made up a rule that they can’t take more than 5 boxes at the counter, AFTER, I dropped off more than 5. She then made me take them and drive them around the building with no directions. I asked for a manger, and her response was “ you can stand in the corner and wait for the manage.” Manager is clueless.

Extremely disappointing customer service.
My experience at this location has been beyond frustrating. The staff—especially the woman who handles package pickups—has been consistently rude and unprofessional, speaking with an attitude and showing little interest in helping. I’ve been trying to retrieve a package that was lost in transit, and despite showing my ID, they refuse to release it because I wasn’t given a pink slip—which was never provided to me in the first place.
This issue has even been escalated to a supervisor, and I still can’t get my package. I genuinely don’t know what else they expect from me. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with.
I truly hope you never have to deal with this USPS location.
