My man Adan in the Verizon store coit road richardson texas. What an asset you have in him . I went in the store about an ongoing problem with my autopsy. Wasn't there 10 minutes and he had my password reset my autopay problem fixed and got me credit for 4 months of over billing. Very helpful friendly and straight up and that means a lot because I was fixing to cancel my plan and take my business elsewhere
because I felt as if the last guy I talked to had deceived me just to get another customer. Kudos for Adan and to Verizon for having such an honest employee.

We came to Richardson from out of town and needed help with our account. Our Verizon rep was Adan. He did a great job walking us through the myriad of options. Adan got our account all correctly configured and helped to also save us some money. Great job!

I had the most amazing experience at this store due to Raylah Day. Her expertize and professionalism made my recent purchase seamless! Raylah spent so much time answering questions and concerns, looking for the absolute best deal available and throughout it all, showing such kindness and patience. There was not a question she could not answer, nor a problem she could not solve. She is an invaluable asset to this company!

To Hassan Nori the professional sales man in Richardson Verison store who explained all the offer details for me and my family, so I decided to move from T.mobile to Verison and I got my bill went down from $360 for 4 person to $200 like family plan for 4 person and strong phone signal instead off weak and bad signal with T.mobile. Again thank you HSSAN NORI and I appreciate your Excellent Customer Service.

I started a pick up order for home internet online was pulled into a chat about cell phones which I ended up declining. The associate on chat told me I would get an email when my order was ready to be packed up. After a few hours I never got an email so I went to the store to see if it was ready. Come to find out the online agent via chat never sent my order for my internet through, so the helpful associate in the store set me up. First thing- he set up the wrong email address for my account. Second thing he listed my service address as the o neon my driver’s license even though I told him my current address. Third because he put the wrong address I had to go through an entire process with their fraud department sending pictures of my driver’s license and a selfie to verify it was me. FINALLY, the order was completed after a few more steps, and he sent me home. WITHOUT allowing me to set up a pin or telling me what pin he set up for my account. Now, I’m at home trying to get this gateway set up to get my internet on and no one online can help me because he set up incorrect information on my account so I am supposed to go back to the store to have him verify my identity all over again! Cherry on top of the worst week I’ve had in a very long time!
