I came in to this location because I recently switched to Verizon and my iMessage was not activating (despite resetting the phone). Edwin helped me out, he spent about an hour and a half trying multiple solutions and going through everything with me. Another employee (I believe his name was Edgar) also gave some tips. The employees were very kind and gave me lots of information. I was grateful that they took the time to try different things instead of sending me off to Apple. My phone now works properly! If you need your Verizon phone or plan fixed, come here!

No accountability or personal responsibility at all. This is without doubt the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced.
After spending 4.5 hours with the team in store, across two days, and the same number of hours on the phone with Verizon customer service, I still have not been able to complete my basic phone upgrade.
Stephen, Edger, and Nancy are polite and kind, but absolutely unable to do their job and resolve any issue. They are unequipped to fulfill the basic functions of their job - and the store manager has been unavailable. This is the fault of leadership at Verizon, and the store manager, who are not enabling and or training their teams to actually assist customers with basic needs.
I hope to be able to update this review soon with more positive news. I was told, again, to wait two more days as they try to resolve the “issue” - which is to simply delate the shipping order, so I can instead pick up in store..
It would have been much quicker for me to drive 2+ hours each way up to Oklahoma (from Dallas) and back, and meet with a team that may actually be equipped to complete their job.
