  The worst service ever..we were waiting more than hour for the employee to talke to us even it’s empty and no one except us there

  Three people at the branch and not one of them was ready to help. This is why I prefer to bank at Sunflower Bank. At least they know me by name and try to act like they want to help.

  Only two persons staffing this place - teller & supervisor. No kiosks? No self-service (union labor replacements) machines.
