“I really appreciate the services Kayex collision gave me. They really care about their craft. My car was sadly really damaged but they were able to fix it. I had a lot of repairs needed including airbag placement. Several parts were needed but they were able to get them all. The owner and his team were really effective communicators. “I cannot recommend Five Star Autoplex enough! Harps went above and beyond to help me through an absolute nightmare dealing with Bristol West (which, honestly, has been awful to work with). What turned into a SIX-month battle could have easily been overwhelming, but they were the only ones willing to stand by me and fight through the process.
Even now, when the insurance company is still trying to make things difficult, Harps and his team continue to have my back. That level of dedication is rare. On top of that, their work is top-notch and you can tell they truly care about their customers.

“I dropped off my 2014 Subaru for some hail repair that included some bodywork too. Repairs were done in a timely manner and the finish looks great. They even installed a new door latch that I broke and hadn't gotten around to fixing. The interior was cleaned and vacuumed as well. They handled everything with the insurance company which was awesome ! Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I actually didn't recognize my car parked outside when I picked it up it looks brand new . I highly recommend them for any car repairs and painting.”
“Recently brought my wife’s Dodge Challenger in to have a dent removed. Dent was on a body line, rather large, and probably problematic to work on. Got an estimate and made an appointment for the following week. Dropped off the car, and later that afternoon picked up the car. Dent was gone, and we are very pleased with the work. Everyone at Dent Empire is friendly and easy to communicate with. Cost of the dent repair was what you should expect to pay. Definitely recommend Dent Empire to be trusted for any dent removal needs.”

“I want to sincerely thank the man who helped me when I didn’t know how to put my side mirror back on. Earlier, a lady had hit it and drove off, and I ended up stopping there thinking it was a mechanic shop. I had just finished a long drive from Fort Bliss to DFW and was already exhausted and stressed.
Even though it wasn’t a shop, he still took the time to help me fix my mirror. He was kind, patient, and even joked around with me, which really lifted my spirits after such a long and frustrating day. His willingness to help a complete stranger meant a lot more than he probably realizes.

“My experience with Masons. First off, I was well aware that it was going to cost a lot ($10K+) and major work on my brand new Nissan Rouge with less than 200 mi! Diamond was compassionate. The estimate was very detailed and communication regarding changes on any costs and timelines were always clearly relayed to me. The work: the body work looks perfect. The car drives perfect. “Recently took my son's car in because it had been hit in his school's parking lot. Wes, the Service Manager took excellent care of us. I explained that we were not getting a rental and that our son was having to use our cars until we got our car repaired. Wes did everything he could to help speed up the process for us. But what I appreciated the most, was that he provided excellent communication along the entire way. In doing so he helped us better schedule our temporary transportation situation. BTW the car was delivered and you would have never been able to tell there was ever an accident. Looked great!”
“Just got my truck back and am super impressed with these guys. Truck got hit a couple of months ago while I was out of town. Called them and Chris took great care of me. They picked up my truck and left me a rental so I didn’t have to drive all over the metroplex.
Cool thing was that they dealt with Farmers insurance for me directly and handled all the paperwork.
Truck looks like new outside and they even cleaned the inside. Only beef I have, is that they gave me a Nissan Rogue as rental which I had a hard time fitting in since I’m almost 6’5.
Overall fantastic experience.”
