“This location at caliber collision went above and beyond. Best experience I ever had. I had my car get some hail damage and brought it here to caliber and get it repaired. As much as these things are they made it so easy. Robert made everything so smooth and easy to understand the process very professional and friendly. Rudy did an awesome job and the whole crew that was involved. You can tell they treat each other like family their and they made me feel like part of it as well. “Recently took my son's car in because it had been hit in his school's parking lot. Wes, the Service Manager took excellent care of us. I explained that we were not getting a rental and that our son was having to use our cars until we got our car repaired. Wes did everything he could to help speed up the process for us. But what I appreciated the most, was that he provided excellent communication along the entire way. In doing so he helped us better schedule our temporary transportation situation. BTW the car was delivered and you would have never been able to tell there was ever an accident. Looked great!”
“Someone backed into my new Range Rover and I have a specialty paint color. This caliber collision is Land Rover certified and they did an excellent job! You can’t even tell there was ever any damage to my car. The customer service from GM, Randy and my Service advisor, Hoa Phan was top notch! Kudos to the painter as well, he nailed it! Bryan will come out to your location or shop with all his tools and everything he needs to get the job done. He will work with your insurance claims too. You can just call the number listed and Bryan will answer your questions. I recommend him and he has a special talent of fixing a windshield. I had a rock flipped up from a passing semi truck and pitted my windshield. It repaired it quickly. He's A Okay with me. I recommend him.”

“This companies quote was $300 less than Safelite. I was a little weary with a couple bad reviews but nothing that was a red flag, just someone saying that there business address is wrong but then they responded back and said no it's not and then some people saying they didn't do it during the original time window. I got my windshield replaced from them and the guy who came out on his truck had a different name on it, but i figured they subcontracted out. They also forgot to put my oil change sticker back on the window, but not a big deal. Also we talked about doing it on a friday but they were busy and rescheduled for saturday. It worked out for me because i got busy on friday. But other than that I saved $300 and the installation was flawless with the exact same OEM looking windshield that I previously had and the registration and Toll tag sticker were put on the new window very nice and neat with no indication that they were ever removed. I would definitely use them again. And I saved about half price on the window from what Safelite was charging.Service: Auto windshield replacement”

Because the hood of our vehicle flew up and smashed our windshield, there were minor dents in the top of the frame around the window. Other windshield companies wouldnt touch it. But, Hector looked at it and got to work. He was able to get a new windshield in with a new seal and it looked great. Thank you Hector! You are a life saver!
