ONE OF THE WORST BANKS IVE EVER BEEN TO, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN THE MANAGER IS RUDE I CLOSED 2ACCOUNTS WITH THEM & will be taking my business somewhere else.

I went in to upgrade my account from a high school account to a college one , I had set up a meeting with Grace but when i went in they send me to another worker (Lindsey). I don’t think she knew what she was doing at all , she told me that all my money would be transferred into my new account but when i checked i still had 10 dollars in the old account which i wasn’t able to take out since the account was supposed to be closed. After leaving the bank my card wasn’t working at all and this is very frustrating for a person like me who only has one card and needs to lyft to work and back. This morning i went back into the bank to fix the problem the person who helped me was Tonya garcia , i overheard the manager saying Tonya was new to the bank but Tonya did everything she could to fix my account which she did. I only reason why i give this bank two stars is because of Tonya she did everything right and wasn’t rushing us at all. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location again tho

Had an Appointment with Sam McCoy and she was Awesome!!! Guided me through out everything and was very sweet and helpful 😊

ATM out side don't work, employees at door don't care because they are 10 minutes past close. I won't go back to this worthless one.

I just opened an account here so I don't have much experience. However I had two so far in the short time I've had the account and Amanda From 7000 grapevine branch is super friendly and both times everyone exhibited wonderful customer forward help. They truly care you can tell.

The service at this branch has just continuously gone down over the last year. They have messed up on my account several times. After waiting for over 20 minutes today to deposit checks, I left and will never be back.
