Prices on website aren't accurate, service very slow, avoid.
I ordered some suspension rebuild parts from the website. Two days after I placed my order I got a phone call from them saying that they had mistakenly priced one of the items too low and they would send me a supplemental invoice via PayPal. (The parts had not yet shipped). After I paid the extra money, the order moved to "processing" but still didn't ship out for another week. I did eventually get the parts I ordered, so I've got that going for me at least.

False advertising!!! Ordered 5 retaining rings (snap ring), quantity said 5, pictire had 5.... I received 1 (after paying $8 shipping)!!! Called to find out where the other 4 went... claimed they were sold individually l!!! They said I can pay to return the one I received on my dime and they would refund the original purchase price, shipping isn't refundable!!! Do not make an order based on product description or picture from this company!!! Should have gone with J&P cycles, as they had the better price to begin with! Won't be doing business here again!!!!

I ordered a motorcycle tire from Direct Cycle Parts website on August 15th 2024. Their price was the best online with Free shipping. After ordering I could not sign on the website to check shipping status? I was immediately worried and sent a email out, then began reading the negative reviews?Oh No!! I've become another victim of some shady company. Anywho. The tire shows up here today, Saturday Aug 17th. Wow. Double Wow !!! Relief ?. Happyness ? Thank you, but possibly work on your website/ customer correspondence and tracking system? ?

I really don’t get the negative reviews about DCP. They have some of the best prices on the internet, ACTUAL people will answer the phone if you call, and all in all my overall experience with them has been great. I’ve legit ordered thousands and thousands with them over the last year alone. Guys have to understand most places drop ship from Drag, this isn’t all in their local warehouse (would make no sense logistically). Just follow up if there’s no shipping after a couple days, or call ahead of time to confirm availability. It’s that simple!

Customer service is non existing. My part was not available, and to swap to another part takes for ever.. more then 20 days and still counting.. waiting for email reply.. will have to cancell the order

Ordered a sprocket they showed as available and over a week later they told me they don't have it but do in black. I asked if they could ship it quicker since they said they had it, promptly took my money, then took their sweet time telling me they don't actually have the item they said they did in order to take my money. They refused. They suck.

Bad customer service. The guy sounded like he had a mouthful of something while talking on the phone. Anyway, I ordered the part I needed in hopes I would receive the part next week. However, the part was unavailable even when the website said it was in stock. The order went through and because they didn’t have the part, I’m out $125 until they refund me which is another 24-48 hours! If only they put on their dumb website the part was out-of-stock, I wouldn’t be in this mess and I can order elsewhere! Please order elsewhere.

This place is garbage as I ordered a dark horse compensator delete for my bike, the website said IN STOCK. This being said I called them two days later because I have yet to receive a ship confirmation email. They said the parts were NOT IN STOCK. They then told me that the parts should be delivered to them in the next day or two. Here it is 3 days later and they are closed. The parts have obviously not been delivered to them. I have still yet to receive a ship confirmation and now it's been almost a week since I ordered the parts. I needed these parts and still do ASAP as I have my bike in the shop currently torn apart. Waiting for this to show up. I hope they make this right by upgrading my shipping at their cost to overnight. When they do get the parts I will update this post as soon as I know.

I ordered rear and front Metzeler ME888 tires for my Honda Fury. No horrors described by the 1-star-reviewers, happened to me. Not only the price was lower than at any other store, but I got my order very quickly. Moreover, I texted to follow up on my order at some point and received a response within an hour.
One peculiar thing that I noticed: this store won't show up in search results if an obvious search term is used (such as Metzeler ME888). I only found DCP because I searched a specific part number of the tire, and at that point, I wasn't looking where to buy, but just to confirm certain spec. Sheer luck! Other store lost, DCP's gain.
I absolutely enjoyed my experience with this store. When I need other things for my motorcycle, will definitely look for them at DCP first.
