“Outstanding service and fair pricing., exactly what you want from a repair shop. I came in needing a screen replacement and was walked through my options clearly without any pressure. The repair was done quickly, and the phone was confirmed fully working before I got it back.
What really stood out: before finishing up, the technician asked how I charge my phone. When I mentioned my charging port wasn't working, he fixed it on the spot at no charge since the device was already open. That kind of initiative and honesty is rare.
Hoping I don't need them again, but if I do — I'm coming back without hesitation. Highly recommend and now I get to keep all my phone data.”

“Cracked the rear glass on my phone (samsung galaxy s25 ultra) and then days later the charging port went out. Called RG wireless and they had parts in stock for charging port. I had already ordered rear glass replacement myself and had planned to install myself. However, price was reasonable to have RG wireless replace the glass and port. They replaced both in record time. Very happy with price and service!”
