“Always forget about this location, but it was right in the area in which I was meeting a friend for coffee. Even though there was only one employee on duty with a somewhat long line, I was in and out in under ten minutes. Way to go! The pricing was clear cut for what I was mailing out, including a tracking number and insurance. Wow! The facility was clean, including the parking lot, and parking was easy to navigate. In the future, I won't hesitate to use this post office again.”

“I have some USPS choices that I can go to but I really like going here because Eric Sr. is always providing great customer service. Doesn't matter if the day is busy, raining, rough. He is always there with a smile and makes my post office experience 100% welcoming. I appreciate that a lot for individuals who work in this industry. I mainly do package drop-offs at this location but it seems like they are efficient and knowledgeable in the services they provide. The only long part is if there is a line but it generally goes down pretty quick. I give 5 Stars because of Eric Sr.!”

“Thos is Ace Hardware with a post office in the back. We always find what we need. If we can't, there is always someone to give us help. This trip we meeded a special screw driver. One of the sales guys knew exactly what meeded from the picture of the screw. He gave us the size options and told us they had screw drivers and drill tips that would work. We picked two, took them home, and one of them worked! Our chair is all fixed up. This place has everything though: cards, grills, shoes, garden stuff, bird food, specialty soaps, kitchen towels and socks. It is really a jewel!”
“This office was incredibly helpful and welcoming during our passport appointment. Erica was not only knowledgeable but also warm and friendly, which made the experience so much more pleasant. I truly appreciate the time and assistance they offered. I would definitely recommend making an appointment at this location if you need to apply for a passport in person.”
“I have to honestly say I hate going to the post office there are usually long lines and the customer service is usually not great. But if the Post Offices around the USA had more people like Tony working there it would be amazing. Tony helped me with my large box that was too big for my items. He also helped me print my return label and my package was ready to ship. I noticed how patient he was helping a lady get her passport together he was so nice. I appreciate him for being professional and kind. I usually leave the post office frustrated but not today I left with a smile.”
“See a lot of one-star reviews and mostly about the USPS. The positive reviews are mostly about the Saginaw location and its staff - as it should be. I usually go to the office near my house but happened to be in Saginaw and needed to mail an important letter. I did not get the young man's name, but he was professional and courteous and not something I have experienced at the locations closer to home. I'll be back.”

“I would like to show my gratitude to my letter carrier today. She went beyond the call of duty. My husband took a fall just outside our front door. She came to my rescue by helping me get him back on his feet. I don’t know what I would have done without her kindness and for this I am most appreciated. If only I would have gotten her name. “I had one of the best experiences I've ever had at a post office here. The clerk taking my packages and kindly scanning them for me and giving me a receipt was courteous and informative. Well I've had a ton of good experiences with USPS clerks unfortunately not all of them are like this. It's very nice to see someone doing their job with excellent customer service skills.”
“I rarely make reviews. But this location needs a credit. First time I applied for my passport and it was a very smooth and fast process. The name of the one who assisted me was Michelle. It was in and out. Bonus: she was very friendly and always smiles. Other staffs were very welcoming and willing to help out right away as well and this location was super clean! Came in at 1:45 PM on a Saturday expecting craziness. The sweet lady here at the front was processing people faster than I’ve ever seen.

“By far, they are the most friendliest ladies that I've had. The pleasure of dealing with i'm fifty years old.I've been through a lot of post office in the metroplex. I am a Hispanic, these 2 ladies were by black. Younger. I like to joke around and these ladies. It took it very well, the first thing I said was what you're eating without me. And she said, yeah, I'll turn the sandwich around and you can have your own bite. How friendly was that with a smile?. And they even asked me to come back whenever I like. They were very nice and polite. I usually don't get that at the Post Office. It was great to see.”
