“Thos is Ace Hardware with a post office in the back. We always find what we need. If we can't, there is always someone to give us help. This trip we meeded a special screw driver. One of the sales guys knew exactly what meeded from the picture of the screw. He gave us the size options and told us they had screw drivers and drill tips that would work. We picked two, took them home, and one of them worked! Our chair is all fixed up. This place has everything though: cards, grills, shoes, garden stuff, bird food, specialty soaps, kitchen towels and socks. It is really a jewel!”

“I have some USPS choices that I can go to but I really like going here because Eric Sr. is always providing great customer service. Doesn't matter if the day is busy, raining, rough. He is always there with a smile and makes my post office experience 100% welcoming. I appreciate that a lot for individuals who work in this industry. I mainly do package drop-offs at this location but it seems like they are efficient and knowledgeable in the services they provide. The only long part is if there is a line but it generally goes down pretty quick. I give 5 Stars because of Eric Sr.!”

“I visited the passport section for instructions on passport renewal since it has to be done by mail. I was worried I would get turned away since I didn't have an appointment but the representative was friendly and helpful. And they mailed my completed application off for me.As a side note, this is a beautiful post office and there are historical pieces all around the building. Ample parking as well.”

“Always forget about this location, but it was right in the area in which I was meeting a friend for coffee. Even though there was only one employee on duty with a somewhat long line, I was in and out in under ten minutes. Way to go! The pricing was clear cut for what I was mailing out, including a tracking number and insurance. Wow! The facility was clean, including the parking lot, and parking was easy to navigate. In the future, I won't hesitate to use this post office again.”

I feel so fortunate that our local post office has some of the nicest and most caring people who work there. I genuinely look forward to visiting because of them. I went to have my passport application done for me and my mom, and it was very quick. The process is long in nature, Mrs. Erica helped us out and got it done quickly. She deserves more than 10 stars ? ??I appreciate and want to take the time to write how thankful I am for amazing people like Mrs. Erica!!I'm so glad I called Bedford Post Office. They're the BEST!”

“I have to honestly say I hate going to the post office there are usually long lines and the customer service is usually not great. But if the Post Offices around the USA had more people like Tony working there it would be amazing. Tony helped me with my large box that was too big for my items. He also helped me print my return label and my package was ready to ship. I noticed how patient he was helping a lady get her passport together he was so nice. I appreciate him for being professional and kind. I usually leave the post office frustrated but not today I left with a smile.”

I rushed up to this location after they had already closed (I wasn’t optimistic) and yet the staff that was still there helped me and made sure I got my package. “I came to this location to get a passport. I had an appointment, I got there on time and I had to wait a little bit. But the manager and the person helping me with my appointment apologized for the wait. They were super kind and nice. I came to my appointment with my son and they were very kind to him, they made sure he was also happy.Even though I had to wait, the customer service provided by these two people specifically changed my experience and made it better.Also this location is so clean and surprisingly big. I found parking right away and didn’t have to walk much.”

“Was so nervous coming here for my husband and I’s passports due to the reviews but luckily Norma helped us today and everything went very smoothly. As long as you have all the required documents we ended up waiting in line longer than the whole appointment! (Maybe 10 min) She got started with us early, one of the employees at the main desk helped us out and was very pleasant as well. Thanks!”

“I ship stuff on average once a week for a couple years here and everything goes smoothe. I saw the 2 star rating and just didn't think it was fare. Probably people are more likely to review a post office when they have a bad experience but the employees are friendly and work through the line at a reasonable pace considering the high ammount of traffic and any time I've overheard a dispute the employees reasoning was completely reasonable and the customers was not. I guess some people can't handle the truth. But I like going here.”
