The employees don’t mess around, they have a system to get you in and out and onto next customer.Have your package or article ready and addresses attached etc.They are busy so limit the niceties to being polite and thanking them.One of a limited locations I use for UPS shipping.”

Yes, I had to find out what his name was because he is quite intelligent, knowledgeable and evermore a polite respectful gentleman.
He has never made me feel incompetent nor ignorant for my lack in knowledge when it comes to the IT part of things. I told him (and Ozair, his co-worker) that he has the patience of Job. I then asked him if he knew who Job was and his response was…”Yes, Madam”.

She actually knew what the package was and went out of her way to make a copy of the shipping label in case I ran into any issues regarding the shipment. “Probably a great place to do business but it would be appreciated if the accurate holiday hours were reflected. I just made a 15 minute drive out in the rain as it stated Christmas Eve hours open until 4:30 only to arrive and see it’s closed. The notice on the door states they’re closed Christmas Day, but doesn’t mention Christmas Eve so it’s a bit confusing.”

Been using them every time now. And for the unprofessional people below complaining about tape and stamps and a $3.00 visa card minimum... that's to be expected anywhere you go nowadays. If the post office helps you out one time cool but it is %10000 your responsibility to take care of the costs to maul YOUR package”

“Dude who was supposed to show up in the printing section decided to no call no show, so your boy Victor said “if you want, I can try and cut your copies for you” and I said not only do I want, I need. I am going out of town in the morning and I need these flyers cut out like right this second. I stand here in the back of the copy and print section in an employee only area helping Victor as he literally learns how to laser cut on this machine in front of me.Not only am I impressed by his work ethic but also his attention to detail, so the store gets 3 stars, but Victor gets 7, which raises the average to 5.Staples isn’t to blame for a no call no show so I can’t be mad, I can let staples know Victor is a great addition to your team here.”
