Within 15 minutes of meeting her Dr Erin not only had she solve the mystery but it was no big deal, I had been so anxious for nothing! So if you have put off going to the vet please take it from me - the only thing more scary than an ill pet is when you don't know. They were very transparent with costs and provided options. They were incredibly loving and attentive to my pop, who ate it all up! “We loved our experience with AEHNT. I am a full-time petsitter, and had a dog show the beginning phases of a bloat/GDV episode. The staff was so amazing and didn't treat me like I was crazy with the symptoms that I presented to them.
The dog I brought is a protection dog who hates the vet. They provided me a muzzle to put on him in the car. Then they were so respectful of him, his space, and his boundaries. They didn't show fear or anxiety towards him.
They were sure to do thorough testing and reassured me that all was ok. They helped me to make informed decisions for my client.
I highly recommend them if you have an emergency.”
“When our doodle decided socks are a food group ?? this amazing vet team came to the rescue! From the second we called in a mild panic, the staff was calm, reassuring, and so incredibly kind.
They took such great care of our fluffy sock-thief and kept us updated every step of the way. You could tell they genuinely care about both the pets and their slightly embarrassed owners. The whole team was professional, compassionate, and even managed to make a stressful situation feel manageable.
Happy to report our doodle is back to stealing hearts instead of laundry. We are so grateful for this wonderful staff — 10/10 recommend!”
