“My husband & I were shopping for bathroom fixtures on MON night (12-04-23). Three of the four towel racks that we wanted were at the VERY top of the shelving. We asked a few workers for help and they said that they would send someone to help. NO ONE ever came.? Jesse, from the Lumber Dept, passed by and noticed that we needed assistance. He inquired about how he could help & immediately went to get a tall ladder! He climbed up the ladder and got the three towel racks! Jesse is definitely an asset for Home Depot and deserves a promotion and pay rai$e!!!Jesse, KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ?”
