“Lawrence the team member at this store is great!!! I had a great experience at this store!! Somehow I had managed to mess up my old phone and the upgraded phone while trying to switch numbers on my own. Then I ended up at the TMobile store with my dead phones and Lawrence at the store was extremely helpful and fixed my problem in 5 minutes. Not having an active phone is really inconvenient but he was able to solve my problem and explain what I had done wrong so I don’t make the same mistake again. Thank you so much Lawrence!”

“I came here because my mobile phone screen cracked and repairing it would have been almost as expensive as getting a new phone and I was shopping around for new customer deals.
I stepped into this location to shop and the salesperson greeted me. He showed me a few good models, but I told him about my predicament. I felt he asked me the right questions to get me the phone best suited to my needs. Honestly, I thought he was one of the best salesperson that I've ever encountered. He wasn't pushing me to the most expensive model, but really wanted to help me find exactly what I wanted. That's the way SHOULD be.
He was very helpful with explaining the features and benefits of each model until I settled for a Samsung A37 mobile. He then helped me to transfer my number and data to Cricket and my mobile without any issues. Very patient.
Overall I found the entire process to be seamless and without any complaints.”
“Today my iPhone got hacked and the security feature locked it shut. A message kept playing non stop “Don’t turn off your computer or restart it; call support immediately.” But there was no number to call and couldn’t turn it off anyhow. So, I went to T-Mobile store in a panic mode.
Zack a tall guy with some tools hanging from his waist met me at the front door. I handed him the phone while the message still playing….. Five stressful minutes for me, Zak got it figured out and resolved. The message disappeared. All was well. I asked him what did he do? He said that he cleaned the cache register…. Whatever that was…Thank you Zak.”
“This store is my favorite place around the neighborhood. I can find any goodies ans great prices while I used the Target app. Its ia even better when I order something online and I can pick it up in 2 hrs. To top it off having Starbucks inside is a real treat as a tired mom.”

“Ive purchased 3 subwoofer boxes from these guys, always had them shipped out promptly so im not sure why all the negative reviews. I finally settled with a subwoofer box which is rhino lined and i love it, been in my pickup for 2-3 years now and still holding strong. Might order another one this summer for my box chevy.”
