A few minutes before closing, we had an emergency visit to this store. It was a strenuous situation that we tried to rectify on the phone, prior to going to the store. Much to our suprise, we lost internet when we sat down to watch a movie as a much needed stress reliever.My friend's husband recently passed away. Since he did everything, I have been helping her learn to pay bills, do car maintenance, navigate difficult banking and business decisions, sell a houseful of items, a house, cars and much more.Even with help, it has been an overwhelming and at times, exhausting journey. Hence, we decided to watch a movie, to relieve stress and enjoy some laughs, only to discover the internet was out because was unpaid for months. She had no idea.When we called customer service, we had to speak with several representatives. Nothing could be done. She did not know his passcode or security question answer.Upon arrival at the store, we were greeted by Luis. He was gracious and kind, as he listened to our predicament. He was assisting another client. He introduced us to Fabian. Fabian immediately took charge of our challenging situation with grace, ease and humor. This was a tremendous help and relief for our strain. During a portion of what was needed to rectify our difficult situation, he brought in his manager, Rolando. Rolando took charge of the portion only he could do. As with Luis and Fabian, we we treated with graciousness, and excellence and competence that was incredible.They closed at 8. It is 9 P.M. They are still helping us! And...with such grace and joy. It is so rare to receive excellent customer service any more, even within normal business hours. I have never experienced EXCEPTIONAL customer service like this...ever.Trust me when I say, if you want excellent in person customer service, you will never regret walking through these doors.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. More willing and helpful than most people I meet in retail. Watching and listening to all of the staff interact with customers was so pleasing!

I went to this store to upgrade my son's phone. They sold me the new phone and informed me of a trade in of $800. I took advantage of the offer and purchased the new phone. When I returned to the store with my trade in device they informed me of that there was a new promotion with a $1000 credit. The promotion would not apply to my son's phone, but would apply to the two other phones on my account. I thought that's a great deal and upgraded our other two phones. It sounded too good to be true so I had them double check and make sure that the specific model phone's on my account were eligible for the promotion and they confirmed. I return to the store to process my trade in and was told that the phones were did not qualify for the $1000 trade in credit. Instead they only qualified for $700. Since the promotion was the primary drive for upgrading the two other phones you can imagine my frustration. At that point the store manager told me there is nothing the store because the contract is with AT&T and that would have to call them. I called AT&T and after much discussion I was only able to get them to credit my account $200, so I'm still out $400. But, that was just just round one. Yesterday I received text informing me that the first phone I returned was rejected for the trade in with unspecified reasons. After getting bounced around for three hours in the hell that is AT&T customer service, I was informed that the trade in was rejected because "I was not on a qualifying phone plan" and I had to change plans to qualify. According to the AT&T employee the issue was going to apply to all 3 of my trade in phones, so I have to change plans or none of my $2200 in trade in credits would apply. I also learned that without my knowledge that someone, who I presume to be the this store, added AT&T Premium and more on all three of my lines. So, not only did this store misrepresent trade in credits by $600 ($300 each line), in all likelihood they added the "AT&T Unlimited and more services to my account at a cost of $76.47 per month to my plan. It's also worth noting that they represent themselves as an AT&T store, but according to folks at AT&T they're an authorized reseller and should have signage that make that clear, I saw no such sign. At best this store is incompetent and does not know AT&T's promotions, at worse they are deceptive and deliberately misinformed me on AT&T promotions and added services to my account without authorization. Either way, I will avoid them in the future.

So far, I have had a very good experience at this location. For some problems, they can resolve them at the location. For something else, you still may need to call ATT customer support. But in general, the staffs at this location are very helpful.

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service from the manager Diesha!, got a new phone and from this location, phone had some issue and I informed her within 2 days but Diesha made me call Apple helpline , go to Apple Store, waste hours of my time instead of trying to help out, charged me extra to replace with a new phone even though I was in the 2 week window and was not my fault. Has an attitude whenever she talks, never gives the customer her time, never wants to explain anything or sort anything out, her answer to everything is call the helpline?On the other , salesperson Jennifer is amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable, sorts out things and genuinely cares about the customer experience, she is very prompt in her replies and always available, please look for Jennifer at this store , I hope she becomes the manager at this location, she deserves it!

Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the management and staffing at this location. A simple trade in process and upgrade took 3 days and ended in having to go to another store location all due to the lack of training and knowledge of the sales floor employees/managers at this location. Save yourself a headache and go to another location for your AT&T needs.

Disappointed in the lack of training the employees at this AT&T location have. Jennifer created a major headache with information that was misinforming about a trade in value on a phone. When I came back to turn in my trade in for credit after wiping my cell phone I was told the transaction was not allowed due to the condition of my cell phone battery. I explained the situation about the previous day working with Jennifer and she tried to back track and change what she stated the previous day. I spoke with the floor manager and instead of taking myself as the customer into consideration and fixing this mess on their end he seemed uninterested and was not accommodating at all. Needless to say this location has a major lack of basic AT&T training in the sales floor. Would not have had this entire mess had the sales employee been properly trained. Ended up going to another location and having everything fixed in a matter of minutes. Recommend any other store location in the area.

This is a great store with excellent service. If you need anything please see Jennifer G. for the best service possible. She will go beyond helping you with anything in the store and account setup as well. She provided the best customer I have had in a long time. AAA Thanks you and happy Holidays !!!
