Last night, the associate was highly disinterested and rude. He didnot resolve my issue. I left the store determined not to return to that particular store. This was the day I decided to switch away from AT&T for good, since it's obvious my business is not being valued.

Raoul did a wonderful job helping all six of us in our family, 2 of us being 72 years old, but Raoul didn’t mind our questions at all. We quickly got the 3 phones that we needed. He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind! Thank you, Raoul, for being our best sales person ever!

I am disgusted by this experience. Words can't explain my frustration and annoyance. I purchased a device online and it was scheduled to be delivered through at&t Asurion. They said on the at&t website they would send out an "expert" FOR “Your AT&T Right to You Order” to help activate my device. I NEVER received an account number or confirmation of my new number. F******** Terrible. They then canceled my order a day later. There weren't any updates on the person arriving NOTHING. Just "your order has been canceled" without any reason as to why. Then I go into the store, and I have the same issue. I couldn't even place another order online or in-store. I was directed to call from the website and every rep transferred me to an automated system. Every time I gave them my tracking number (Reps on the phone) it could NOT BE FOUND. They also ran my credit SEVERAL TIMES AND SCANNED MY LICENSE. This company's POS system is terrible, horrendous, and outdated. I would never ever recommend this type of service. POOR customer service, POOR experience, POOR POOR POOR.

I had a fantastic experience at the AT&T store at The Shops of Bella Terra, and I want to commend the salesperson, Carianna, who assisted me. There was absoulutely no wait time, and Carianna's customer service was exceptional. She genuinely cared about my needs and even continue to follow up with me afterward. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Thank You, Carianna, and AT&T!

Worst customer service ever. The gentleman who helped today was very unapproachable and rude. I had to walk out and go to another store. Highly recommend AT&T in Alaina.

Shawn was great answering all our questions and even giving us updates on what is new. He switched our Sims to e-Sim, which we were very happy with. He's knowledgeable and very friendly.

Poor customer service. Didn't seem like anyone wanted to work. Didn't communicate well at all. They told me to go to best buy. Best buy sent me back to them. Back to them, they said well "if u want u can switch here or go back to best buy" three ring circus
