“I come over here to get my car detailed. I must say that this is the best detailing experience that I’ve ever had done. They wash everything to perfection and the service is always impeccable. This is the only place where I take my car. Even my husband mentioned how to clean my car is because it gets quite dirty often with a one and a three year-old I would definitely recommend this car wash.”

“Outstanding Service and Attention to Detail! I’ve been to a lot of car washes, but Perfect Hands Car Wash in Richmond truly lives up to its name. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to delivering high-quality results. They took their time to ensure every inch of my vehicle was spotless — inside and out. The interior was vacuumed thoroughly, the windows were streak-free, and even the tires looked brand new. You can tell they take pride in their work and don’t rush through the job like some other places. It’s hard to find a hand car wash that consistently delivers top-tier results, but this place absolutely nails it. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone who wants their car treated with care and precision.”

“Excellent, professional, kind and the most helpful service from the manager. He went above and beyond. The nicest staff I’ve ever encountered at an establishment. I had a frustrating issue and the manager immediately resolved it without hesitation. I highly recommend this carwash just off the fact that the manager is exceptionally knowledgeable in this industry and very hands on in helping his customers anyway he can. Thank you so much sir for your help today.”

“I recently visited this car wash and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The car wash was not only reliable, but also convenient and cost-efficient. The location is easily accessible and the machines are in good condition, allowing me to get in and out without trouble. While the concrete is a little broken, this unsuspecting spot is perfectly positioned for all my needs. Additionally, they have a variety of services compared to your traditional car wash, making it a one-stop shop for my car cleaning. I find prices were reasonable and competitive compared to other car washes in the area. I felt like I was getting great value for my money and I don’t have to break the bank to keep my car looking its best. Overall, I highly recommend this car wash for anyone looking for a good car wash experience in this area!”
